There’s many things to say about my experience here. First of all I went to fill up my Fanta and water started coming out. I then opted to drink Coca Cola and when I had it it left a weird after taste which put me off drinking the rest of it. Then comes the food which was very expensive for what you get. The meat was dry and flavourless and half the bowl was filled with salad. The food wasn’t even properly hot which left me disappointed and I will not be coming back here again. Please improve your services before wasting other customers money.
My chicken had still chicken hair lol. Tomatoes were old not fresh. Taste of rice is interesting but not my favorite. I guess not trying that place again. Hummus was good.
Just ordered a wrap and a bowl. Both came without the sauce. Very disappointed. Chicken has a weird smell. Was hoping the sauce could make it better but none on the side as well. Should be one star, giving 2 cause i are half the wrap.
The best shawarma in town can't go wrong with they're combo plates. The falafel and the gyro burritos are fire ! But don't forget they're special hot sauce , white sauce and the baklava. Can't wrong with place also is a bang for your buck .
Very good. Fast take out. Noisy and with all the covid precautions, can be a bit hard to hear what the staff are asking you. Had the beef platter and partner had the chicken combo sandwich. The chicken was a little dry. The large platter was more than enough to eat. Worth the visit.
Amazing halal place in middle of downtown. The service was great. You can have sauces separately and add them as per your liking. The platters and sandwiches both were good and fresh.The bathroom was also very clean and maintained.
WORST customer service, ever! Was informed my pickup order was ready and when I showed TWO separate workers my CONFIRMED pickup receipt on my phone, they both told me that they never received the order. The order was placed and confirmed over 25 minutes ago! This place is absolute trash! Poor customer service, poor quality of the food compared to ANY other locations, especially NYC’s and terrible with running a business. I will be contacting ring the executive office for this one!
The hot sauce is speacially hotter than in other locations, that was a good surprise for me, the place is clean and the food is amazing and cheap.
Great halal food place. They have options of platter and sandwiches in chicken, vege, beef and in combos. You have an option to select between sauces like white sauce, mayonnaise and chilli sauce
The kabab was nice. Importantly is was halal as not many halal options for Muslims in downtown San Francisco.
