Walked in said “Hello!” to the lady wiping the tables down. Ignored. (Fine!) Walked up to the cashiers desk. I waited 2 minutes. Four employees standing around. No customers in the shop at all. Nobody greeted me. One employee behind the register stacking cheese with wax paper on a dusty dirty counter. Same guy put his hands inside his pocket while stacking the cheese with same gloves on. Finally, I turned around to leave and someone says “Hey! Would you like to order?” I said “No thanks!” and walked out the door. This location has changed so much. I never experienced terrible customer service until the rebranding. This location needs to do better at greeting customers. Also, I’m sure the cheese behind the counter is a health code violation. Will not eat here.
I thought the prices were very fair. The sandwich tasted great. I might have liked it a little better had the steak been in strips instead of the steak ground.On a good note, this would be very easy for an elderly person to eat and digest.
Very good Cheese Steaks. I got the classic combo with curly fries. Staff is very attentive. If you like sports, there is a Hall of Fame of all San Francisco athlete plus photos of old stadiums.
I would have given five stars because the sandwich is phenomenal growing up in Philly I would know but it took 40 minutes in store just to order a sandwich and get it it took me less time to bike home from divisadero to 7th and brannan then it did to wait for the sandwich they might want to look into that why it took so long
I ordered the classic cheese steak and it was pretty amazing. Great bread good quality meat and gooey cheese. The only problem here is that it really takes forever to get your order there were only two people ahead of me and I was there well over 25 minutes waiting for my order.
Ordered a king of phillie which is supposed to be 50% more cheese and more meat with onions. And I got just meat and bread, no cheese or onions. I’ve come to this location twice and they have messed up my order both times. Very nice staff, but probably not going to come here again for the price and constant order mistakes.

They want you to use a credit card for a pick up phone order?♂️. So they want you to wait longer if you come in so you can pay cash? Disappointed in the San Francisco franchise. Lived in the Fillmore area my whole life.
Rude cashier. Dry tasteless meat. And wind the cashier cleared the dining room tables did not even bother to wipe or sanitize the tables.
Good sandwich! They couldn't seems to handle the order volume. Seemed like people on their lunch breaks had to wait 30mins for an order. I ordered ahead and waited 25mins into a 30min pick-up window---if that makes sense. Not sure you can even order ahead right for this place. People working there were pretty nice though.
