I am very disappointed by the long queue to access the lounge. Clearly this is not an exclusive lounge but more like a lounge for the people. Given that a platinum card in the US is less than half the price than in Australia I can see how this happens. Also no dress code to get in and people with flip flops make me feel like this is no exclusive place. Food is average. Wine selection is very good. Make sure you get to the airport at least 4 hours before your flight to make sure you can get a good spot on the waiting list.
I found the luxurious style and service by the employees have always been very good. Little things like the wine selection available are tough to beat and certainly are better than the average US airline lounge. They have a fully stocked food bar with rotating specials of freshly prepared and cold items that are all complimentary.Seating seems to be at a premium most times I’ve visited but I’ve never had a hard time finding a seat or waiting more than a minute at the bar for a cocktail or a glass of wine.
Been twice in the last six months. Service is good, food okay but always always so crowded. Does not feel like a place to relax if thats what you are looking for, so crowded and noisy. But if you are here, do not miss the mango panna cotta.
Despite using the app the check in, we still had to get in line and then wait to be let in. They did a good job of seating people inside the lounge. Food was mediocre. Overall not a great “premium”.
We like how we can receive a check-in code from AMEX app. The family room idea is great and that is the main reason we visited for our baby boy to have a space to relax. The lounge is busy and popular as always because the food and drinks are great.
Somewhat small but still nice. Not the biggest lounge, so there can be trouble finding sitting space. However it gives off a good vibe and definitely gives more of an upscale experience than other lounges. There was a decent food selection, and everything had a nice flavor. Staff was very friendly and attentive, never a moment that someone was more than a few steps away ready to help. Overall it was a relaxing location with nice amenities.
Can get pretty busy at various times. I would have liked the hours to be longer, as it closes by 7. The food was good, if a tad light on the seasonings. I really enjoyed the cocktail I tried. Overall, had a good experience here.
This place can use a few more power plugs, but it serves the purpose of being a pleasant place to wait for boarding.
Probably one of the smaller centurion lounges in the collection
Nothing wrong with the lounge but among the Centurion lounges one of the more basic ones. It is also rather small. The food was very average. Wine dispenser is an interesting gimmick. Plenty of seats but with little privacy. Staff was friendly and attentive.
