Expect long line but food is worth it.
This is a complicated Resteraunt to review. This is my third visit andMy comments are consistent with all three visits. The selection is excellent and the freshness and variety is the best I have seen. The flavor is super addictive and the meal excellent. The spice level is what makes this restaurant a challenge I want to be clear I’m not struggling with the spice level. I’m challenged by the inconsistency in the spice level between dishes and between visits. One day it’s spicy and awesome and another day it’s too spicy to eat. My next visit I’ll ask for the spice on the side so I can control the heat. Be attentive that this is a buffet so you can order but find no tables when they are crowded. They seem to be getting more popular each time I go.
Food: 3.5/5Service: 4/5Ambiance: 4/5Overall: A good noodle option in the mall that offers variety and personalization albeit a little on the pricey side since it's pay by weight. The extended review...Food: 3.5/5 - The selection of meats, noodles, and veggies is good. Of course the price can be easily high if you go for the heavier stuff (of course this is noodles). The broth is tasty and definitely compliments all of the chosen toppings.Service: 4/5 - Not a lot of service other than the cashier but they are all very friendly.Ambiance: 4/5 - The seating isn't too tight and the interior is pretty well decorated.
Nice concept and great food, only issue we had was it was MUCH spicier then expected. We got the "Just a Kick" so, careful underestimating the spice here!Other then that the food was great, got the fresh ramen noodles and shrimp, fish cakes all delicious! Ran us about $20 but it was enough for two.Other cons were they isnt much seating when busy, so you may have to sit cafeteria style. Also for anyone with balance problems, carrying the giant bowl back to the table can be a little nerve wracking
This is a great place for customizing your own hot pot! They have so many options of meats, veggies, noodles, etc. The difference between this place and typical hot pot restaurants is you can put as little or as much of an ingredient as you want rather than having to order a whole plate of one thing.I always get the Szechuan spicy broth. It's got great flavor and is the perfect level of spiciness for me.Finding a table can take a while during peak hours especially if you have a larger party but you should be able to before they finish cooking your food since it can take a little while.
Affordable and so delicious! I had an assortment of meats and veggies with fresh ramen noodles in chicken broth and it was delicious! For $11 I got wonderful, filling soup with different types of meats. Just what I needed for lunch on a windy day!
Great place for authentic malatang. Get the spiciest broth and add pork, spam, mushrooms, tofu, and noodles. Skip the fish balls/frozen seafood. They add too much weight
Tried with Sichuan flavored soup bowl. It was very tasty but spicy. They serve good food. They have decorated inside real nice. But it was dirty in my all 2 visits. Very bad smell was coming from table top. They put an open trash inside seating area, which also was foul smelling.
I love the selection of items they have here too choose from. It's can be a good thing or a bad thing by charging based on weight, but definitely some good food. I believe it was $14.99 per pound. They have several broth options as well as dry seasoning options. We tried the hot and sour broth and the szchuan spicy one. The szchuan spicy does have a kick and a good numbness to it I am looking forward to trying the dry seasoning next time.
Super poor service of the cashier lady (2/1/2022-5:30pm)She laughed at me.Because of I can’t try to get my vaccinated card from online.. even though I asked how can I get.. so funny lol .. I won’t go this restaurant again.. I have to say about this rude conversation n my community.I took Togo all my food ..
