I made an order of 4 pieces combo chicken but when I open the box the pieces looked so bad not fresh at all and smell like poisoned food. I called the store because it’s an healthy risk for other people but they didn’t answer. The pictures they posted on Uber eats it’s not the same what they deliver to you. Sooo bad experience.
Next to actually right In the lobby entrance of the club. Open almost till 2 o’clock but the product runs out usually after one and the pickings are slim. But when volume is high the chicken is excellent
A lil slow but Good Customer service and decent food!
An unusual craving for fried chicken today. I ordered 4 pieces mixed chicken, 2 biscuits, 2 small sides, and one sweet potato pie. Add 4 packages of hot sauce. This cost $40. I left without a receipt. Let's assume I wasn't overcharged (???). The food was cold and bland. The biscuits were hard. For a $20 per person lunch I could have eaten almost anywhere in the same vicinity for a lot less. I can't recommend this place. At least if it was unusually tasty I would not feel bad about spending so much money. The chicken was a lot worse than KFC and the sides weren't any better than what they sell at the liquor store deli.
Service worse than you would expect. I advise not to experiment. which you have gone through.
Request an order via Uber. I need 30 drivers. Every driver cancels my order not ready. The other driver comes. The same problem. Question: Why do you accept applications when you do not have workers?
Paid 31.00 for shrimp and it’s over cooked and hard biscuit hard as well i don’t recommend this place
I give it only 4 stars because while the food is delicious, we got assorted pieces of chicken mashed potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice and the biscuits, the prices are atrocious holy cow you're not KFC calm down already I know the rent in SF is bad but sheesh! But besides that great food. Oh and some advice for you're employees to be a little bit friendlier...
I give this rating because it was exactly what I wanted! Beyond expectation with the spice injected pieces with good Tabasco flavor coming through.Generously breaded large pieces that were perfectly prepared (not overdone but stayed crisp even after waiting to get home, taking public transportation to the East Bay.)I'll be a regular, for sure!
Fantastic good! The area is a little sketch, but the food can't be denied. Amazing halal fried chicken that's generally pretty hard to find. Their portions are generous, the spices are really nice tasting, and the chicken is good quality. The sides are also really good. Loved their potato wedges and the coleslaw was pretty good too. Mashed potatoes and gravy could have used a bit more gravy, but the taste was top notch. I'm not a big fan of fried chicken (especially something like KFC). I normally peel off the skin before eating the meat. But with this place, I actually really enjoyed the crunchy skin and the meat.Sidenote: No fault to the store, but I ordered directly from Google Maps (which used Eat Street). They sent me a confirmation and even tracked my food (confirmed-> being prepared -> ready). When I got to the store, they had no order with my name. No record, no information, absolutely no trace of existence of my order. I'm not sure what Eat Street did but they just took my money and pretended like they sent the order. So I just told the place to recreate my order (which they did, it's really nice because they have all their food ready to go). It was even cheaper than when I ordered it online, and it was fresh.I can't recommend this place enough! I would absolutely go here again for some delicious halal fried chicken!
