As much as I love sweetgreen, this place always misses. I have never ordered here without incident and only continue to do so because they do make a mean salad, but I’m often missing a dressing, or if I order delivery, it either never comes or comes hours late. They do thankfully address the issue(s) as best they can, I just wish this location in particular were more reliable.
Awesome costumer service. It was my first time going and let them know how the process was and even let me try some of the flavors. Didn't even know they had this restaurant where I live. Highly Recommend and Great Vibes.
My friend recommended harvest bowl and I liked it. It made me want to try their other salads. I liked the sticky rice and sweet pumpkin. The chicken was grilled quite nicely; juicy and tender. It would be nice if it's also sold in two portions for smaller eaters. The line was long even though I went off lunch hours.
Really love the salads here :) it’s not typical salad - the ingredients are fresh and they have mentioned everything where they have sourced it from!
Food was good, but the person making my bowl went straight from mopping the floor to making my bowl without changing his gloves. There should be better training to make sure this doesn't happen.
LOVE everyone and everything here. Staff is wonderful, always fresh but very disappointed in owners not allowing a tip jar for some reason? I would love to tip the lovely people that work there and i feel weird not being able to.
This place was wonderful!The staff were courteous and helpful, and the food was delicious. It's often difficult to find good food, which is also healthy, in a quick, convenient place.I will definitely be returning to sweetgreen!
Reliable place to get a loaded salad lunch which can be customized to order. Some of their standard salads are pretty good too. They don't keep it easy or cheap to customize with add ons. But if you're willing to shell out, the salad actually pretty good and pretty tasty. Good place for healthy tasty lunch.
Great salads, but crazy terrible acoustics in here. Employees are very loud and the echoing noise is very intense. It's hard to have a conversation let alone heat yourself think.
Lil disorganized. When hundreds of people can all come in and put hands on your bag of food to go I don't think that's sanitary. And when somebody else grabs the food that's not theirs the restaurant refuses to make it again for you that's not professional. It's your food until the customer picks it up so it's your responsibility sweet green.I asked for a manager but no manager presented themself staff seemed extremely young and inexperienced and in need of a leader.
