this is just enough for me i've been a regular customer for a very long time but still nothing change can't make my drink perfectly ? still watery and tasteless
They forgot to add shots to all three orders. My double espresso nitro cold brew had no espresso and tasted like chocolate milk. I threw it out.
Great spot to see Alcatraz island. Great chowder bowls! Be sure to see the magic show--forgot the name of that guy but he's amazing. Be careful when you get near the seals...smell is putrid!
Incredibly slow service and it wasn’t even busy. Waited over 10 minutes for a vanilla sweet cream cold brew (one of the easiest drinks to make)
Service was quick and Precise, even with the Expresso machine screaming as it steamed milk for an order ahead of Me. Extremely Clean. Pistachio Latte is Great BTW. ✌️?

Not many Starbucks can bring quality and service like this location. I appreciate the attention to detail and welcomes from staff when you arrive. And yes, I feel they are sorry to see us leave but only to welcome us again.
Ordering is usually fast. However, the drink preparation may take some time. They have call in and pre-order walk ins that come out of nowhere. But I'm sure if you pre-order, your order is on time on speedy.
Kind of a grumpy crew. Didn't they choose this job? When I had customer-facing jobs, I smiled every now and again.
Good service just need to pay attention to how people sit in the bathroom for, doing who knows what.
