Chicken Fast Food

Walked 15 minutes from a different gate, spent about $120 and a hair was embedded into the breading of 1 of my tenders (meaning it was cooked with the breading so it wasn’t my hair or the person preparing the order). So disappointed in our food quality and we had to board our flight so we didn’t have time to go back. On a positive note, the people preparing our orders were very friendly and kind. I sent feedback through their website, and Starbird asked for my order number only to never respond. Horrible customer service

The guy behind the counter came over to open the drink bin. The steel lid came off and landed on my foot. Left a bruise but it could of been worse. Sure it might of been an accident but the employee didn't say anything until I said something. I asked for a receipt and the same guy who dropped the lid said he couldn't give me one. Unprofessional and zero supervision.

Excellent chicken and very good fries. Don’t expect much at an airport but this was actually very good. The staff were very friendly especially when my foreign card didn’t work and I had to wander off to find cash. She was super helpful.

Tried to grab a bite before a flight. They provide two touch screens to place your order. Problem is either the hardware or software is broken and you end up pressing digital buttons that don’t register the touch and you spend five minutes trying to get the buttons to work and then if you’re lucky enough to get to the payment that UX also doesn’t work and so now you’ve wasted 10 minutes and are very frustrated because you can’t get your below average chicken sandwich and have to go elsewhere quickly before your flight takes off. Please fix your machines.

I am a flight attendant who attempted to eat here today. I placed my order at 11:46 order number 20058. I paid for 3 chicken strips. There was no real line like I have seen before and a few people ahead of me. At 12pm I still had not received my order and I had to go. I didn't have time to get my money back because I had to board my plane. Why it would take more then 15 min for chicken strips is beyond me that's why I ordered them instead of a sandwich. So I am out $11.00 and no food for my flight. Thanks for reminding me that your shop doesn't know the meaning of fast food . FYI the feedback on the bottom it doesn't work for this place it dosen't list this location.

Had chicken sandwich here, wasn’t that great as expected but it was fine.

If you close at 11pm, great! If you want to stop taking orders at 10:30pm, great! TURN YOUR SELF SERVE POINT OF SALE OFF! DON'T COMPLIAN ABOUT MY ORDER @ 1031 AND TRY TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SUBSTITUTE YOUR LEFTOVERS CAUSE YOU WANT TO GO HOME. Not impressed or pleased with the service or the product. ***Note***No antibiotic chicken.....Isn't all chicken in the USA that is USDA inspected? This is not an additional selling feature, stop charging extra for that. That's like charging for wet water........

Went to star bird at the airport because I love their foster city location, which has terrific sandwiches. I ordered a chop salad which shows breaded chicken, which is served fresh in foster city. I got a refrigerated pre assembled salad with cold grilled chicken which was very stale and tough to eat. Very disappointing to be tricked like this. Do not come here it is not like other locations.

Great chicken tenders in a few minutes.I will will get them again.
