This restaurants food is worse that what they would serve in a Prison. Absolutely terrible. Stale, pooprly packaged barely 5 table spoons of rice in Chicken biryani with Raw/uncooked chicken.

Very tasty sauces, garlic naan and reasonable prices. Had the lamb and the tiger prawns both cooked nicely.

The food's fine but they forget items in your order and don't refund them. I ordered directly from their website and picked it up myself. They left out some things. You should unpack everything before you leave and make sure it's everything you ordered, because they won't trust you later.[edit] I appreciate the refund, but I flagged this within 2 hours on Doordash, and called the restaurant directly. Only after I started posting on Google Maps and Yelp did they actually refund my missing items.

I ordered takeaway from Spice of America last weekend and they forgot an item. I complained through Doordash, calling them directly and actually talking to them, as well as sending them an email. Only after starting to post this on Google Maps and Yelp did they refund me for the missing items. Later they emailed me to remove my negative reviews. I think the food is fine but the work required to rectify their mistakes is not worth the effort. Their food is pretty good but there are more reliable places.

Very good food. Very good prices. Nice people.

It was closed when we got there

Based on the review ordered cauliflower rice combo and chapthi. Also 2 samosa. My order had no Chapthi.. paid $3.95 and no chapthi added in the order. Very disappointed. Also samosa was not cooked well.. it was kind an uncooked flour samosa. Not good food at all. One of the guy handed in the food bag at the restaurant entrance.. customers could not go in. Well. 1st time try and last time here at this Spice of America in SFO.

Service can be better. Food was great. The owner should consider going completely digital for taking orders

This hidden gem we recently discovered this week and visited it twice. We are planning to visit it often till we are here.It is near to NEMA and 1550 and Twitter HQ.Everything here is wow.Specially RJ and Bimla staff members.RJ has impressed us with his next level customer services, empathy and positive persona. The food here is indian inspired and vegetarian too. Each food item is love love love

Literally my favorite Indian place in SF. Get the platter. I came here 3 times in a week once, no shame- no regrets.
