I ordered 1 cheeseburger with fries and 2 pieces of fried chicken. I had the cheeseburger and my husband had the 2 pieces of chicken. The chicken was so dry that my husband gave me his piece. The cheeseburger was over cooked and no flavor. The fries weren’t fresh and some were burned. I can cook a better cheeseburger myself.Since there was a Super Duper burger across the street, we went there and bought 2 cheeseburgers…night and day between the 2 restaurants! Super Duper’s cheeseburgers were moist and cooked with some pink on the meat. Super Duper is a real restaurant, not Smokin Warehouse. If you want good burgers, go to Super Duper.
Wow, I can’t believe the service was so awful and extremely trouble! The lady who worked there was very mean and beyond slow. No one was in the restaurant, except me. It took her 10 minutes to take my order and half and hour to get my food. No smile nor acknowledging my existence. I’m a customer and I paid for the food. I don’t deserve this kind the service.
I passed by the restaurant again last Friday and saw a different woman, and I was curious, so I went inside. The lady noticed my presence immediately when I stepped into the restaurant. She greeted me kindly with a beautiful big smile. I asked her many questions and she was able to answer it with confidence. I could tell that she was very experienced and knowledgeable of the menu and what was in the order. I asked her what was good and she recommended the pork rib platter. She has a business mind and the owner is fortunate to have her as an employee. I would give her 6 stars if I could!
The best beef brisket!! So smoky, juicy & tender. Great prices for high quality food. Our favorite bbq place in SF. No frills and straight up home cooked style bbq.
I tried to order some food from Smokin' Warehouse yesterday. A woman who worked there was very impolite and unfriendly and so slow . I ended up not ordering any food. I don't understand why she works there. I guess the owner doesn't want to make any business. I strongly recommend people don't go there anymore.
Charming place to get bbq. We had the food to go and we got- garlic noodles with brisket- half rack of ribs with spicy BBQ sauce. The ribs fell off the bone and were so yumThe brisket was tender and cubed and delicious.Definitely coming back, but lesson learned is to get the sauce on the side.
Overall this place is really good. I had the rib platter. The meat wasn't fall off the bone. But it's tender enough. Staff is very friendly too.
No line, quickly served, friendly service. Brought food outside to me. Pulled pork sandwhich. Spicy is not spicy at all. Side order of baked beans. 2 cokes. $16. Out of there very quickly. Sandwhich was deloicious but mixed with my baked beans in tray. Diluted the bbq sauce. Still delicious.
Very small but very good BBQ experience.
Best BBQ I've had in SF! Brisket was tender, smokey, and perfectly cooked. On top of that the guy running the shop was incredibly friendly and couldn't have provided better service. I got takeout because of covid and I love that I didn't have to go inside to order. I'll definitely be going back.
