Friendly staff and yummy ice cream. The only thing I would suggest is either giving a bigger serving of ice cream or using smaller bowls. The ratio looks off as it is now.
Their chocolate ice cream was wonderful. Really good chocolate concentration with medium to little sugar. Not quite dark chocolate but you can tell it's made with quality ingredients and not just flooded with sugar. The waffle cup was an awesome way to enjoy the ice cream mess free
Love this place even though they sometimes close early. Flavors are innovative and delicious. Brookies and Cream Yum! Good spot to hit up after dinner in the mission. Wish though that they were more transparent about their hours. A couple of times, I’ve gone and there are staff inside with the doors locked.
Quick service, delicious flavors! I got the chocolate ganache and mango non dairy. So good. And the waffle cone is just amazing! You could smell them cooking from the street.
4.5/5 pretty good ice cream that tasted very fresh, rich, and creamy, but wasn't the best I've had and I've had better in sf and place is expensive for portions. Had the brookies & cream, and cookie dough one and both tasted fresh, rich, and creamy but lacked the punch on the flavor department. I tasted more of the richness of the ice cream than I did from the flavors which was interesting. Not a bad thing, just different. Overall, solid spot but better places in sf like Mitchell's. But I would recommend still if you're craving good ice cream.
I love ice cream and smitten doesn’t disappoint! They’ve got some unique flavors and combinations.I had the brookies and cream and it was exactly what I wanted, a delicious ice cream with bits of brownie and cookie!The husband has the vanilla with strawberry sauce which was amazing too, the ice cream was smooth and creamy, the sauce was sweet and flavorful.The perfect sunny mid day snack

Tried the new mango cream non dairy ice cream. Organic coconut cream and mango purée. The purée is really strong. It was like a love hate taste-lationship because the first bite was really grainy and pasty but as I ate more, the more I loved it. Rich and creamy, made fresh.
Brookies & cream was really good and the texture of the waffle cone was really good!The cream cheese seasonal (?) flavor was a bit on the sour side and very cheesy.
