I really enjoy the quality of the food here, especially the haystack onions and the truffle mushroom swiss burger. That said, both of the last times I have visited, I have had to wait 15+ minutes and my orders were incorrect. The first time they said they had given my burger away by accident, so I had to wait twice as long for them to remake it. Last time I went, I ordered American cheese on both my breakfast sandwiches, and received one with American, and one with no cheese at all. It's a shame that careless staff have ruined such a good place to eat.
Dined in, the cashier made our night with spectacular service! It was our first time there and she was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with all the questions and additions. I wish I could remember her name. She (hoping these are her pronouns) had the most beautiful hair braided and laying down her edges. There was a little hiccup (her order came out 10-15 mins after ours) in our delivery of food but, the owner/manager came by personally and delivered my nieces food. Mentioned that the tenders hot sauce was really hot and that if she needed to reorder regular tenders, to just mention it. The service all around this restaurant was top notch and I am so happy we came here. Thank you everyone who work Sunday evening. The milkshakes were AMAZING!
I've ordered delivery from this location a handful of times (via DoorDash) and on at least three occasions, they have cancelled the order at the last possible minute (i.e., 40 minutes in, at 11:50, when few restaurants are still delivering). They truly suck; do not order from here, via app or otherwise.
Delicious burgers. Delicious fries. All four times I’ve been here, whoever has worked behind the counter has always been very helpful. Very kind group of people :)

Other than they take forever to make your food they have great customer service and their burgers are awesome they're all of fries taste too much like oil I know that fries are fried so it has oil on it but it's a different type of like oil that you can taste more than normal fries but their burgers are amazing ????✨
Yikes! The manager this evening left a lot to be desired in a service employee. She was rude and self-centered. I walk in and go to the counter. Instead of saying hello, she says 'we're closed, but I guess I can take your order.' It didn't get any better. The way she treated all the DoorDash drivers was just...well, she didn't want to be there, that's for sure.

The burgers and fries are pretty tasty!The place is pretty clean and the vibes when I went, was great. The bathrooms where nice and clean.Now the service has a really really great high and a really great Low. They missed up the order, but went above and beyond to correct it just to still get it halfway wrong by overly archiving to correct the mistake … turned a honest mistake into a great customer service experience although!!!And that’s honestly why I gave them a 4/5 if they wasn’t for the great staff, trying hard to correct everything it would have been a lower score. I appreciate tha customer service tonight. Thank you to that staff!!!
