A fine meal where friends can meet and wander around the grounds of the Presidio before an after. A worthy attraction for the neighborhood
It’s pretty amazing to me that an establishment like this wouldn’t pride themselves on the experience they offer their guests. The food is good, location is beautiful, service is below standard. From the friendliness and making guests feel welcome, to the wait times for drinks, the servers are awkward and lacking ability to simply know how to talk to guests, educate guests on menu items, they’ll never walk by and ask how your meal is, the servers don’t even consolidate their steps and actions in a way to turn tables over quickly. My last two experiences have proved this, ultimately, not worth the $20 fried chicken sandwich and $16 Bloody Mary simply because the service sucks.
The menu was very very limited, more so than I remembered. Would have appreciated a vegetarian entree besides the waffles. Beautiful location.
Food was pretty good, salmon was excellent. Setting was lovely. Service was good apart from the fact they seemed to be rushing us, brought starters with our main course therefore our main went cold. Had several severs come to try clear our plates when we werenât even finished. After our main course, we were just brought the cheque and then we said we would like desert.
Second time here, did not disappoint. The food was even better and the service is still top notch.
Had fried chicken sandwich. Chicken was dry and over cooked. I wanted their caesar salad. No longer on the menu. Meal was very ordinary.

Great menu, delicious dining experience in attractive outdoor setting. Highly recommended. Will be going back again in near future.
