I was disappointed in over priced frozen meat and they served spoiled boiled egg on my cold noodles, I took a bite and spit it out ?... And few of the side dishes were also went bad/sour like it had been sitting out for so long. Our bill was close to $500 before tip.
Amazing food and service! I got the korean miso vegetable stew (also called bean paste stew) and I loved it. My friend got the kimchi stew and she also said it was very tasty. This place is bit pricey but with the quality of the food and service, it was worth it!

Chicken bulgogi, beef bulgogi and spicy squid were delicious. Sides were tasty too. They charge you per each meat plate separately which is pretty pricy for amount of meat that you are getting.
We wanted to celebrate my brothers birthday. We called to make reservation but we were told we didn’t need it . We got there and we were told they open at 6 pm. We waited. However after five minutes we saw a couple coming in , which we thought they were told the same . But to our surprise those people were sat and were eating . Funny because when six o’clock came We went to ask if we could be seated , a young lady ignore us twice and when she came out she said they don’t serve buffet . We were ask to wait and been told this is like I don’t want you here. She was not polite. It is sad because we been there before but only my husband and my son and I and this time I decided to come and celebrate my brother in a place which I thought was good . I felt All my family were been discriminated and also we knew the prices and high but for us we thought it was worth it but I don’t know why this time they didn’t want our business . Two servers from there are very sweet but the young one I feel had no professionalism and for me those people should not be in hospitality
Good Korean BBQ and friendly staff - they even cooked the BBQ for us, which not all places do. The interior decor was very nice too. Maybe it's the location inside the mall that kind of hides it (Google didn't even know I went there), but it wasn't very busy when other Korean BBQ places out on the street were super busy (1 hr wait), which is too bad because the food was great, and the decor and ambiance was way better than the other places. Also, they have a big Korean fried chicken sign outside the entrance; this may be confusing people, because I've walked by it multiple times and thought it was a cheap fried chicken and beer kind of a place and never went in. They should publicize their Korean BBQ more.
I was worried when we came into the place, where there was no patrons (it was about 2pm though). My worries quickly disappeared, the place is fantastic. The owner was accommodating and we went for the BBQ table. The owner specifically pointed out how expensive it is before seating us in that area (the normal tables have food around normal pricing in the area). This was our first time with an authentic Korean BBQ experience, and we wouldn't have time to experience it in Koreatown (LA). Our table's BBQ stove was surrounded by sides for the meal, and turned out to be unlimited for our meal. An unexpected surprise was a small dish of green tea ice cream at the end. The owner is just a humble, down to earth person. When we went to leave, he put down his tray of food in order to thank us and give us first bumps. Too bad I was only here for a short vacation, or I would gladly come back again. Highly recommended.
So sad about this experience. They had some to-go menus in the front, and we figured we would order from there and take the food outside to eat in the courtyard. They told us 2 different prices. The waitress specifically said “this is our to-go menu prices and these are our regular stay in prices”. We said we would take the chicken to-go. They still charged us the “regular” price and we ended up paying 27 dollars for 6 pieces of chicken. It would be worth the price if it was good, but it was unfortunately so dry and my fiancé and I were very disappointed. Felt like we got old, crusty fried chicken. I wish I had taken a picture of it. We were told that this is the “crispy chicken” we ordered. I’ve had amazing Korean fried chicken before and was expecting something great but it was not edible, and we had to return the food back to the restaurant. They seemed like very nice people but do not waste your money here for the chicken. I can’t say anything else about their other menu options but please do not buy the chicken. We are visiting this beautiful city of San Francisco and this was our only encounter of the trip where we were served awful food.
Robbed Blind…We assumed the high prices would reflect good value, but we were very wrong. The extreme prices don’t make up for the lack of food we get. We payed roughly $60 for some raw beef(ribs) that was still thawing and got only enough servings to feed 1 person. These plates were individually priced, which baffles me…Sure COVID-19 has caused shortages, but this should not be an excuse for poor service and extreme price gouging. It is shameful to list these kinds of prices and receive little to nothing. I literally felt so embarrassed and ashamed that I nearly left during the meal. Don’t be a victim of scalping to this pathetic excuse of a so called Korean restaurant.
Best friend chicken ever. The staff was so friendly!
