Love the mother and son team working at the restaurant. Went there with a date for my birthday, I had a craving for SF clam chowder. They didn't have it on the menu but when they found out it was that one day a year for me they went out of their way to make it for me and it tasted great. Highly recommended!
Great service, slightly cramped quarters but interesting and fresh seafood. I'm a fan of anchovies and sardines, but the pasta with cured tuna heart took that flavor to a whole other level. It was tasty, but something I couldn't eat more than once a year...intense. The shrimp with garlic and tomato was also delicious and cam with an unadvertised mound of creamy polenta that was a perfect vehicle for the sauce.
Flavors are there liked the ciopinno the broth was full of flavor. But the shrimp were a down side they were frozen over cooked on both ciopinno and shrimp cocktail. The oysters were fresh the bread is fresh and toasty. My boyfriend ordered trout but they brought him salmon.although he was 1/3rd on the way before he noticed it was a salmon.
We ordered the crawfish and crab boil and ceviche as appetizer and it was soooooo good. The owners are great and incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend and I will be coming back.
Check your tab! We ordered dozen oysters and beer during happy hour and got overcharged on both items. We asked and got two dollars off beer as advertised but still got overcharged on oysters. We said we were interested in oysters since we saw $2 sign and she offered us choice of two types. When we saw the $32 for dozen charge, she said that’s because we ordered two types. We had ordered three other dishes for small party of 3 and felt cheated.
I would have loved to try the sea urchin pasta had I not ordered the prawn as my main dish.The servers are friendly and knowledgeable as well, which makes this family owned Sardinian restaurant all the more lovely to visit while I was in San Francisco for a vacation.

Visiting from San Diego and heard the seafood was amazing here. I tried it out and honestly the food was amazing the service was also amazing. Overall amazing job and I recommend you guys eating here.
Fantastic food at a place run by great people!!! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Highly recommend the oysters, seafood pasta, the clam chowder pot pie, and the rosé!!!
