Very quiet restaurant, the service was quick, the food tasted great but I thought that the meat portions were small compared to how much noodles or rice you get.
I've eaten their Grilled Pork Banh Mi here and ordered it for delivery, multiple times. Delicious! The pork is tasty. The paté gives it such an authentic flavour. The bread has a great crunch. Don't let the simple exterior of the restaurant fool you, the food is authentic and tastes great.
Arguably the best Vietnamese food in sf. Came from Texas for vacation to San Francisco for a week and managed to come here twice since it was so good. The service was amazing and made the dine in experience that much better. Unfortunately we don't live here but if I did I'd find myself in this restaurant at least once a week. MUST TRY ANY OF THE CLAY POTS(specifically the cat fish one)
I come here every now and then to enjoy a nice lunch alone. I've had their beef phos vermicelli noodles spring rolls - all of them are good for its price!
10/10. Best Vietnamese food I’ve had In recent memory. Very hospitable and friendly staff. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tasty hole-in-the-wall joint in the city. Will be back!

Absolutely fantastic food and service. I came hungry and left absolutely stuffed. I ordered the Lamb Curry Noodle soup and boy was it rich! It had the same creamy consistency that you might find in a Tonkotsu ramen dish. It had broth, lamb chunks, potatoes, carrots and green onions! I finished all the noodles, meat and vegetables but couldn’t finish the broth, it was so filling!Not to mention the service was lovely. The woman upfront was extremely nice and quick. I only saw 3 people running the whole thing, which is pretty impressive assuming how fast food was coming out of the kitchen.In total, I would give my dish a 9/10 and the whole thing 10/10!
This place is SO good. Fresh ingredients, amazing flavors. Visiting from out of town and will have a hard time trying different restaurants after going here first.
Broth was pretty good - the rolls were also tasty! Overall with tip, meal was $30
