Awesome food, nice meditarenian and turkish cuisine served with middle esat tea or coffe that would satisfy your hunger and release you stress. A piecefull kind personnel. Certainly advised! ??

definitely a quietly hidden nook that offers good flavors to the pallet. well worth the visit.

I come here maybe a few times a month and it’s always reliably great: flavorful, reasonably priced for what you get, and not too greasy/heavy. I usually get the shawarma or chicken wraps, but the plates are also good. I start craving it when I haven’t been in a while which is saying something with all the great restaurants in the city.

I don’t usually review restaurants, but the falafel was soooooo dry and my grilled vegetables are unrecognizable … do not taste fresh at all. I had high hopes, maybe this was one off. But will try ordering again to give it another chance.

This is an outstanding find. On a two month jury, and this place is saved me. Turkish coffee is salvation. Swarma anything is incredible. Try any plate or wrap, excellent impressive food. Weird to walk up to this place from the courthouse - seems out of place, but I am so thankful it is here. Lucky. Thank you Saffron!

- Although hours are advertised as 11am, when I arrived at 11:30, I was told to come back at 12:30- The person was suspicious of me taking pictures of the restraunt. He then took a picture of me, interrogate me about why I am taking pictures, ask me personal questions like where I am from and where do I live. This was very creepy.- falafel plate and maanesh plate and zataar bread are very ordinary.- did not have lemonade or konafa- pomegranate juice was not inspiring+ Liked the latkes and baclava

First time visiting San Fran. My buddy is a regular here at Saffron. I can see why, excellent food :D My latkas were cooked perfectly and tasted excellent! One can’t go wrong with the lamb dishes either— those portions were big enough to share between two diners. I fully intend to come back here before the trip’s end!

A hidden gem in this neighborhood. Fresh ingredients and flavorful food! Their konafa dessert is so delicious that I order it every time I visited there! Highly recommend dine in this place.

Delicious, fresh, extremely flavorful food!! Rene, the restaurant owner and our waiter, was gracious and attentive. The decor and vibe was also quite lovely. We will definitely return when visiting SF and encourage others to do so as well. Also notable, the prices are very good for the quality of food, service and setting. Thank you Rene!!

Incredible food. The owner / server recommended we change an appetizer selection because everything together might be a little dry. A good recommendation. The place also has a decent selection of beer and wine, and there is motorcycle parking right out front so you can keep an eye on your bike through the shop window.
