I saw 4.5 star reviews on this restaurant expecting a real solid curry house; I ordered a chicken Jalfrezi, asked for med-hot. A Jalfrezi is supposed to be a pretty hot curry on its own, just a step below a vindaloo. Instead it was just very bland - the vegetables in the curry seemed to have come from a can and not fresh. A proper curry is supposed to be an explosion of flavour, not a bland, canned dish of disappointment.Service was pretty standard faire. No complaints on that end.Would go back again and I recommend? No.
The food was good but the wait time was insane! There were only 2 families in the restaurant but they still had a long wait! We asked for a coke and without even informing us they brought them in cans and charged us just as a large glass would be. By the time they gave us our food out appetite was long gone. Not only that but he was yelling talking on the phone not taking the notice of his costumers, including all that he was even touching his face and itching/ other things while handing us out food. Over all the food was decent but the service was really terrible!

We were traveling to SFO and decided to order some Indian food at our hotel room. The delivery was fine thru uber eats but the quality of food was not upto the mark.1) we ordered Garlic Naans but got soggy plain naans (not even butter naans)2) we requested disposable spoons and plates but they were not included neither mentioned during delivery.3) The Naans were half cooked and uncooked at the corners (nearly 1/4th part of 2 naans)4) the curry was okayish. Nothing like Paneer Tikka you get in India. Not even close.We will definitely not recommend this to anyone else.

I don’t know why chicken kebab came in gravy style ?Notes:One biryani can be sufficient for only one personNaans are huge, comes with two large pieces .They have very limited parking, plan accordingly
Absolutely amazing. the place is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. the food is delicious and the price is very good. Definitely not like other expensive restaurants in sf .I m Definitely going back.
Definitely a spot worth visiting, the food is excellent and fresh, the pricing is affordable and it is consistently well organized there. Great work.
My wife and I were visiting San Francisco from our home on the east coast and we decided to try to hunt down a good Indian restaurant as there are virtually no good options in our hometown. We were led to this spot after seeing the good google review. This was one rare instance where google steered us wrong.First of all- we never complain at restaurants and we've both worked in restaurants and understand that things happen. My wife ordered a lamb dish and it arrived to the table severely dry and overcooked- to the point of it being barely edible, like it was left in the oven for 5 extra hours. We debated complaining but ultimately I motioned to the waiter/hostess to the table to explain the problem. They were very rude and offended that we had complained about their food, and instead of fixing it or making a new one, they asked if we wanted something else. They made it seem like it was our fault that they served a dish that 99% of people would not want to eat. They suggested another dish that arrived edible but wasn't great. The staff stared at my wife eating the new dish from the counter across the restaurant. At this point the restaurant was completely empty other than us during dinner time- that should be your red flag. It was a really uncomfortable, intimidating, awkward and unpleasant experience. Overall just very disappointing considering the experience we've had at other Indian restaurants. Good customer service isn't this hard. Avoid this place if you can.
Loved this restaurant!!!! Amazing food , friendly staff , they took amazing care of us :) and it was a lot of food for a good Price !
Great Indian food, very nice hard working staff. Loved my experience here very kind and if you are looking for a exquisite feast this is the place.
