Amazing place. The ambiance and the vibe are immaculate. The staff is amazing and are all very nice. The food was fantastic. We had a magherita pizza and flat iron steak. We saw another table order the tomahawk steak and it is massive. It has got to be the best deal in SF. Just make sure you have enough people to eat it. However, there is no parking so we had to park somewhere else and walk to it.
The day before the event I was emailed by the party planner who informed me I could have the additional guests added to the party and when time came for the event the food was fantastic and the drinks were wonderful. Iâd never been on the rooftop before and having a chance to celebrate for my wifeâs birthday made this a GREAT place to entertain our friends and family. I only wish it wasnât so nerve wracking trying to communicate our needs to the team before hand. I imagine itâs been hard with the pandemic and donât hold this against the business. I hope to come back soon and while not with a larger party, still to enjoy the fantastic Flank Steak, the amazing Pizzas, as well as the phenomenal Octopus and seafood options we were able to have. I only wish the biscuits came in LARGE quantities because they were a hit with the table. Special Thanks to our servers and hostess to helped us manage the orders and bill. It kicked off such a special moment for the birthday and I hope to see this success continue for 25Luskâs Rooftop 25!

I went with my office team and my experience was absolutely fantastic. We didn't got rooftop but they have one secret place underground... It is absolutely dope. I don't blame them for not accomodating us in rooftop because we were too many people. Food was pretty decent.
Had a lot of issues with the hostess when we arrived and it took approx. 20 minutes and her talking to her manager to sort it out. A little customer service when dealing with a party of 14 people who have a reservation and who are ready to spend money will go a long way. At least her manager had the sense to not let us walk out the door (I was fully prepared to do so). Apparently there is a 2 hour minimum for tables on some nights... we were not aware of that but she kept referencing a "contract" via our OpenTable reservation. I looked back and did not see anything in our confirmation email about this... maybe it's on the site before you confirm your res. The food was ok -- avocado hummus was too runny and the pizza dough needed salt. The crudo was fine. The pretzel bites were probably the best thing on the menu (and we ate probably 3/4 of the times on there).
Gorgeous rooftop and nice lunch options. Not crowded on a Saturday mid-day.
