This place was recommended by my friend and her husband. Was I impressed? Not really. I think it was because they ordered for me and I wasn't a fan of the choices. I also totally forgot to take photos of what was ordered and therefore can't recall what the exact dishes were but it was a curry dish and a noodle dish. I'll need to go back when I'm in San Francisco in future. Good location.

Waited for 30 minutes and after only waiting 15 because that was the estimated pickup time actually the pickup by timr they said 2 minutes so I wait another 15 and told doordash support that the food is ready and I need to grab it even though I was in the store and they were telling me to still wait basically making me look like a liar but I took photos and sent to support very inappropriate for them to behave so unprofessionally when it comes to my employer calling the business and the business laying to my employer risking my livelihood just so they don't make a doordash support agent mad at them and putting the blame onto me a poor doordasher. 1000 shames for this establishment, and many more tears.

Food was just normal. When i reached there they were cleaning Floor. and Restaurent was about to close. Food is bit expensive comapare with Pakwan and shalimar very close to this restaurent. i will give 7/10 Ratings to this restaurent.

Ignore my poor photograph in the review, ignore the lack of fancy decor of the restaurant, ignore the neighborhood! This is not your usual restaurant. This feels more like a food service station where you will be treated like a friend and can always have a hearty meal even if you can't pay for it.(Their service to homeless people is well known)We had the veg thali and we managed to finish it off in spite of our initial reservations about the large portions. It comes with 3 sabji+ daal+ naan+ rice+ salad+ papad (phew!) All the 3 sabjis were well made especially the palak sabji. When we asked for the secret ingredient of their food, the handsome gentleman pointed his finger upwards giving all the credit to God! :)It's a pity we discovered this place on the last day of our trip. Will definitely come here again; recommended!!This last line is for the gentleman on the counter..Did you see the film we talked about? :)

The food here is so good and super tasty. There are a lot of vegan options. Would def come back! Also really affordable compared to most SF restaurants. Staff is super nice!

We loved the food here, but the service was even more impressive. The owner is very nice . We saw a homeless man come in and he was given some food for free. Everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if your looking for quality food.

Absolutely wonderful food made by people who want to ensure that you are happy. My meal was very reasonably priced, flavorful, and properly spiced as I would expect from Indian or Pakistani food. The only negative aspects were a small piece of meat that made it into my vegetarian dishes, and that my order didn't come with rice by default - though the latter was easily resolved for no cost when I returned to the restaurant to ask for some.

Great little hole in the wall restaurant serving up some good eats. The owner is a nice guy and he threw in a free dessert! I'd recommend the chicken momo.

Very very very bad experienceI ordered today at 10 pmThe food was not up to the average !!The only thing i like is the food delivered hotThe chicken in the butter chicken seems like left over chicken, The sauce it self runny, tasteless, not rich as well, dal maknai is yellow, has a bitter tasteThe vegetables rice portion is smallThe veggies are not cooked well, oily taste,The worst Indian experience i have ever had!!

Super tasty curries and biryani. Kheer and mango lassi were too good. Aesthetic doesn't matter when the food and people serving you are so nice.
