We love the bubble tea here! It's a lot less expensive than others in the inner district, great flavor combos, and much larger portions. Only thing is the cups don't fit in the cup holders lol
Avoid buying fruit teas like the C14. They are SUPER STINGY with their fruit toppings. I payed EXTRA for more fruit bits and when I got my drink there was BARELY any fruit toppings floating around as if I had not payed for any extra fruit. There were probably 4 pieces of strawberry bits. I then let the cashier know I had payed for EXTRA toppings thinking the baristas might have missed the EXTRA toppings I ordered and she refused to add any extra toppings that I payed EXTRA for. In addition, if you look at their menu, the fruit tea pictures ORIGINALLY look like they are full of fruit toppings but really the cashier herself said they only add 2-3 pieces of fruit. In other words that picture you see attached where the drinks have lots of fruit is a LIE. They don't even add close to it even after I had payed EXTRA money for EXTRA toppings. Even after paying for EXTRA toppings, my drink did not have even close to what the menu shows. Go somewhere else!
Very good boba tea place. They have a large menu with lots of different options for fruit and milk teas. The only downside is that the cups are a bit of an awkward size, so be prepared for it not to fit in your car’s cup holder.
Sometimes it can be busy but most of the time service is really fast. They have a large menu and most of their drinks are good for a relatively cheap price. It is also in a super convenient location.
The boba was good and they are generous. The size of the cup is a bit inconvenient as it doesn’t fit in a cup holder.The sweetness level was not right. We got some at 50% and some at 25% and all were not sweet enough and the 50% was not any more sweet than the 25%
Their boba drinks are nice, but feel a bit watered down, and they don’t have many toppings flavors. Good customer service though! It’s a bit expensive, but it’s nice overall.
I happened to be passing through the area and came upon this great little independent coffee cafe. The coffee was excellent and the place was so comfortable to sit. The people who work there are very friendly and accommodating. I will go back when I am in the area again. Great Find!!

Their bubble tea is usually very good, so my friends and I have been making the trip out of South San Francisco every now and then. We came in tonight November 11, at 7:49 p.m. (order number 1928592). I wanted to try something new, so I asked for a drink on the sweeter, fruitier side. I was recommended D9 with 100% sweetness. I got what tasted to me the equivalent of drinking a can of condensed milk. It still tasted... fine I guess... but it was very dehydrating. I asked for some water but he told me they don't offer, whether you choose to pay or not, water. They also don't remake drinks here I've learned regardless of how much you hated it. Not sure if this is just store policy, but he wasn't helpful at all. I know these are all first world problems, but I did pay full price for something I wanted to just throw in the trash that day. I'll probably still come back now and then if I have friends tagging along, but less often for sure.
Decent bubble tea.Not so decent customer service:- just a couple of customers in the shop - took them 20 min to make our boba.- restrooms were locked. One of the workers said that they were busy. After waiting for 20 minutes, the worker checked and apparently the restrooms were simply locked. By the way, the worker checked them in her disposalble gloves - I hope she changed then after checking restrooms- straws are made of paper, got soggy in my warm drinkI don't think I'll be back
