So sad i can only rate one star, not zero. I had plenty of experience: wrong items, weird taste of beverages. No responsibility for the wrong order. I am really disappointed.
Been going to this location for years now. Service and food quality is hit or missed. It is a very busy location so expect a few missing items in your order, which happened half of the time. The staff are usually doing their best to get the orders out so I don't blame them. The location is not clean, the usual Filmore vibe, and very common to see altercations within the establishment so I'd highly suggest a delivery service.
Why is it such a challenge to receive the dipping sauce for the tenders? Every GrubHub delivery from here has been a dissapointment.
Ordered 2 combos for $53. Turned out 4 biscuits & 1 regular fries & 1 fried chicken were missing! How come they missed out so many items. It wasn’t even at busy hours!
Bro this location is awful. Its like they don't know what is going on and how or why people are coming here. Skip it totally not worth your time or money.

The spicy chicken tenders are amazing with a good spicy sweet/sour sauce & they reheat well in an air fryer. I ordered from Uber Eats & they didn't give me a breast substitution I paid for.
That chicken sandwich is totally worth the wait in line.
