This is my third day in a row coming here. And every time I come it's better, kind and courteous staff. Just don't forget to write your name down on the waiting list. Would definitely come here again, my new favorite Pho spot.

Incredible spot. Not high end, but traditional and authentic. Portions are generous and price seems right. Customer service was great! Definitely will come back for more!

Pretty tasty and hot pho. They could work on the water to material ratio but overall a very satisfying experience

It’s been a couple years since we have eaten here. Here are some observations based on a recent visit in April 2022. 1. Prices have almost doubled as compared to the pricing on TripAdvisor link. Pricing everywhere in SF has jumped dramatically so this is not a complaint but something to keep in mind when looking at this restaurant’s pricing. The Goi Cuon is now $9 per order, not $5.25 as shown on the TripAdvisor link. Every other item has gone up by a similar percentage. 2. Pho soup is increasingly less flavorful in terms of depth, ie the flavor of the meat and bone. All this means is that they are probably taking a short cut and diluting more of the real soup with water, salt and MSG. There is so much MSG in the soup, you can feel your mouth tingle. Therefore, unless you want to feel like crap or end up drinking a gallon of water after dinner because you can’t seem to quench your thirst, DO NOT drink the soup. Just eat the noodles and the other “stuff.” 3. They seem to have changed their noodle supplier. The noodles are way too soft and mushy. No texture at all. This is probably the biggest complaint we had. Noodles were inedible. Yuck!!! 4. Boneless pork with rice still good. 5. Goi Cuon still good even though it feels like the lettuce content has increased and the shrimp and pork content has decreased. Given the sharp rise in prices, they should be able to retain the quality. 6. The “stuff” in the pho has definitely decreased in quantity from beef to tendon to tripe. Probably a 25%-30% drop in “stuff.” As compared with our prior visit a couple of years ago. Place is still busy so people in SF don’t seem to mind the price increase or the quality decrease. We won’t be going back. But we’re sure others will.

Worst of the three Kevin's Noodle House locations I have been to (Westlake, Skyline, and Sunset).Walked in and had the cashier stare at me for bout 3 minutes before asking a server to seat me.Then, a girl next to me walks up and asks a male server for chili oil cause she didnt have any on her table, and the server legit yells at her to take one from another table.Absolutely stunned by the scene he just caused.Pho broth is mid, and noodles are way too soft.

This restaurant follows simple concepts of great hosting! The place is spacious but still you might have to wait for a table because of the high demand! The staff are super efficient like a bee hive. The ingredients of all the dishes we ordered look and taste very fresh and clean! I will definitely come back again!

Good place for Pho with very reasonable price. Most of medium size rice noddle soup is $10.They are very busy and all tables were occupied at 5:30pm (Saturday, not sure if that is the case in weekdays). The rare beef is special good and tender comparing with other places.Service is okay given the reasonable prices in this place.

This is the type of place that has great straightforward service, authentic tasting vietnamese food and simple decor. The service was fast, the pho was hot when it arrived to the table and we were served tea right as we sat down. I will be coming back very soon.

Best Pho in the City in my opinion. I visit Kevin's at least once a week and the sizes are good, taste is consistent. Quality and service are superior compared to Westlake location.

Pho, egg rolls, rice plate with pork and chicken was all very good. Pho broth was very light and not very heavy on oil. What surprise me the most was the customer service compared to the Viet restaurant in ATL. Service was very quick and very attentive. Good portion of food for the price. Definitely recommend!
