Pizza is fine, I like it. But service is kinda spotty. I always wonder if maybe I just don’t know the correct protocol, but like no signage or anything indicates the correct protocol.
We had a thin crust pizza and it was a generous pizza. Alot of cheese and toppings but it simply was not that special. The dough wasn't crunchy. The service was good. The sangria was o.k. , apples and lemon were cut inside, not the fruit they mentioned in the menu. A bit disappointing.
Pricy for what we got. It took 45 mins for a pizza.Pizza was ok , crispy crust, not very much topping. Tasted ok.Soup was from a can, n severely over priced…skip itThey seem busy n seating is hard to find. Bums galore does help atmosphere.Only thing open later in eve so less options to eat
Solid flavorful deep dish pizza. Crust was crispy even though it was a takeaway. Recommend.
I just placed an order through Slice for what used to be called the Matt Cain (to let you know how far back my relationship goes with Paxti’s). We got there at 5:50 to pick it up. The young woman working there ignored me and helped customers who came in behind me. When she finally approached me, even with an order number, she claimed she couldn’t find my pizza order. Once she finally found it, she literally dropped the pizza in my hands almost making me drop it. I know the pandemic has people on edge, but her behavior was out of line. I finally got the pizza home and served it to my family. You should have seen the look on everyone’s face. Sadly, this was the WORST version of the pepperoni and fennel sausage pizza we’ve EVER had. Quality of the pepperoni was subpar and tasted weird and the fennel was equally as unappetizing and cut in these awkward pieces that almost didn’t look like real meat. The crust was not buttery and tasty like usual, it was flavorless. When we find a place we enjoy, we are loyal forever. With Paxti’s now having subpar pizza and even worse service, I will bypass them 100% of the time and go straight to Zachary’s in Oakland (consistent for decades)!
Súper cómodo y un ambiente agradable, la atención muy genial
Excellent pizza. The Favorite was 10/10 what I expected and the BBQ chicken pizza was like 8/10. Took then more than 30 mins to serve pizza but it was still great in the end
Tried the spinach pesto deep dish pizza. Loved the crust and the way it looked. However the pizza sauce was very bland and there was a lot of stretchy cheese. More garlic, oregano and chili would have done wonders to it.
The Chicago pizza was raw. Dough uncooked between crust and topping. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they commented its on a 'programmed' timer. I don't care how you bake it just do it right. Have an issue--Fix it. I'll never go there again.
Traditional served deep dish pizza , the old Chicago is the way to go and the wings were really good as well as the garlic bread and sandwiches here. Great place to take the family for pizza night
