Service was good and so was the food. Had all the regular dim sum stuff. Everything was delicious. My only complaint is that they add gratuity to the bill. (I just like to have the choice of how much I want to tip based on service, not be told how much I will be tipping)
The waitress and manager both declined to accept Restaurant.com certificate, citing "the restaurant has a new management." Shouldn't they take down their listing from Restaurant.com, which is stil actively listed, or honor the certificate?They have a practice of automatically adding tips (aka 15% service charge) to the bill, which is completely fine in and of itself. But the waitress made a statement something sounded like "... [please] include tips ...." when she presented the bill. I understood as she was asking me to be sure to add tips to the bill. I give credit to the manager who said that tips was automatically added when I questioned him.The two incidents leave a bad taste in my mouth, unfortunately.

Great food and friendly atmosphere. Always a good time when we are in the City. We ordered lots of food. Took it home for leftovers.
We took our out of state visitors here and were given a huge table at the window. The food was really good, the service, spot on excellent and the cost was very reasonable.

I have been Chinese food for a very long time. Super fast order. I am so pleased and can't wait to come them again!
Sunday for dim sum in S.F. should make a restaurant shine. Instead, only one cart circulated with cooled-off dim sum. The pastries had thick dough over the steamed dumplings. Our group waited over an hour with one cart and minimal options in a large restaurant. We enjoyed this place in the past before the new owners. No longer! Roaver
the dim sum here is ok, but prices are decent and parking is usually not super difficult to find
My search for Yummy and delicious food is over. Paramount Superstars perfectly fitted into the description of what I have been looking for. Thanks to their working hours, visiting them will be a normal routine for me. I will make sure all my friends have a taste of this wonderful service.
