Amazing food. I didn't even know Puerto Rico had such a great cuisine. Large portions and friendly staff.
This is what you get , shrimp mofongo that has the shrimp cooked separately and just tossed in at the last minute. No bueno ! And I ordered a side that came with a sauce… then had to ask for it… after the meal was brought to the table… also served separately for some ungodly reason. They must know that this is clearly not Pierrot Rican cooks back there and the man said “This is Puerto Rican food” hardly sir hardly.

Really friendly staff, delicious food, fair pricing. Birthday girl also got a surprise yummy flan. The restaurant was pretty full with several people coming in for to-go orders, with very popular outdoor seating. Although we didn't have a reservation, they were able to accommodate us inside and quickly. Wonderful photos on the walls with an amazing black and white photo mural above of dancers create a cozy nostalgic vibe. I would go back in a heartbeat. Left a star off - I know it's nasty Covid times with us all reeling in various ways, but baseboards are just a thing I notice as a detector of cleanliness. A good scrub down and some new paint are a tip I offer here. Thanks again for a great meal!

One of the worst restaurants I've ever eaten Puerto Rican food. I came in alone and asked for onion steak. All wrong 100%. Server did not ask me what type of rice.... that was the first mistake. Then I realized this was not a real Puerto Rican Restaurant at all. For those who want to know what authentic Puero Rican food is, do not go to this restaurant.To top off the bad food, the server, after leaving the food on the table I sat at, never stopped in to check if everything was okay. I did not eat the food and did not leave a tip.
Delicious delights. Familiar ingredients with Puerto Rican pride and taste. Wonderful experience. Great attentive staff made the experience more wonderful.
It has been over a month since I went here (I forgot to write a review :( ) BUT all I remember is this place is very good!! The hot sauce they have is very good with the chicken and all the other meats. Inside, it is a little cramped so I bet when it is busy it can get a little annoying. I’m not sure if the outdoor space they use..? You should go here though to experience great Puerto Rican food!
The people who work their are awesome, I was broke and homeless living in the camp around the corner. I'd order the beans and rice.( soo filling.) They all so give me the dripping of end of the simmered pork. Amazing. The food here is made with passion.There rice is made with chucks of cut ham and olives.The red beans and thick and the sauce is flavorful. It's a really good lite dinner.
New name should be skip 22 skip that Mofo went for the first time food was not flavorful at all on top of that they say skinless boneless chicken breast it’s not Spanish rice had way to much cumin no other flavor they didn’t have arroz con gandules I’ve had my share of real authenticity Puerto Rican food this was a disappointment if you like donating money this is the spot I took two bites and left I paid 45 dollars well wasted 45 but the modelo was great they need help with a whole new recipe nothing about that was Puerto Rican highly disappointed oh don’t forget all the onions with scrap meat cut hella big
