Great food and ambiance! Highly recommend for casual or even a nicer dining experience. The outdoor space is really nice and the indoor just as good! I knew the food was really good, but the desserts, specifically the fried donuts, were amazing! Coming back soon for sure!

We went to Palm House during Golden Hour (happy hour) and had a wonderful experience. The service is exceptional. The staff is professional, attentive and goes above and beyond. The drinks and appetizers were outstanding. We had Ahi Poke Tostadas, Katie Avocado Fries, Sesame Chicken Wings and Coconut Crusted Prawns. The main dishes we tried that were very good: chicken sandwich, shrimp tacos, short ribs.

I booked this place for lunch on my birthday. I very impressed by the decor and ambiance. Although the waitress was nice, the service was poor. We didnât really get. Necked on other than taking our order, receiving the food, and receiving the check. The food was very mid. We ordered the masubiâ¦which fell apart as soon as you bit it. The Caribbean bowl was just okay it had their version of â jerk chickenâ which had nothing really special about it we also got the chicken sandwich which I was told was great. The slushies are def top tier. Very strong and tasty

Ended up going here on the whim. Turned out great! My friend & I tried a variety of cocktails. We liked all of them except for one. Prawns & fish tacos were delicious. Jerk chicken was on the sweeter side vs spicy so that was a miss for me. Servers & host were friendly n helpful. Ambiance is what made it for us. Very cute. Restaurant seemed cleaned & bar was well kept. Looking forward to coming back.
We got seated right away, 20 minutes had passed and I saw two tables who got seated right after us that got service right away. I had to go ask the hostess after 20 minutes if we could get some help. We ordered right away, food took forever to come out. Our food was cold by the time we even got it. Not a single person came to check up on us the entire time we were there. We saw that the servers were engaging with the other tables, checking up on them, refilling their water. We didnât get any of that. We had to flag a server down to close us out (who wasnât even our server to begin with) Majority of the people were Caucasian, we were the only brown people that were put in a corner with no service. The food was ok, could have been better if it wasnât cold. We also had our 1 year old daughter with us ( who had to wait almost 45 mins to eat)
