Service was bland, like the salad. Never enough salad dressing. Staff looked tired and not welcoming.
I always get the mix seafood. Chicken fish and shrimp. Number 5 pretty good.
Very solid HI fast food. I’ve tried Hawaiian food in the bay area a couple times, really high-end in several fast food places . Nothing seem to really do it. This place is close to what we’ve gotten on the islands. Just enough spice and seasoning, But thankfully the dishes don’t taste like a salt lick, and thank God not too salty. Will be back.
First time to try out the food and I have to say my bbq chicken was delicious and had generous portions per order.
Food is yummy and portions are big. But the location looks like no one cleans it (especially under the soda fountain, the cabinet door was off the hinge and the area underneath was GROSS). And I found a large piece of clear plastic wrap in my scoop of macaroni salad. The health department needs to visit this place.
Ordered online through door dash, came to pick up my order about 15 mins past when it was supposed to be done. Went up to the counter to pick up my food and found out the ticket was still sitting in the printer. The kitchen didn’t even get my order! I had to wait for them to make my order after I arrived. The food was decent but customer service is lacking

Phone ordered $35 two meals . Could barely hear the girl on the phone. She got my order wrong , even after I had confirmed it at the end of the call. We asked the girl at the counter twice if our meal was done and she said no. Come to find out our meal was sitting on the counter the entire time. Macaroni salad was dried from sitting out, found remnants of old broccoli in my meal everywhere?
