The food is great and I'll be coming back for that.Just a suggestion though, please leave people who don't want to drink alone. There was an unnecessary push to drink in both of the times I have been here. First time, I was asked 3 times (by 2 different employees) what I want to drink besides water. Second time it started similar, and I was like, whatever I'll just get one of the cocktails (forgot the name but similar to Michelada) and it was so underwhelming and not something I would encourage my diners to have. So please trust me, your food is great and will make people come back, not your drinks.Note to self:Thigh: 5*Bacon scallop: 5*Meatballs: 5*Rice cake: 5*Breast: 4*Mushrooms: 4*Truffle salmon: 4*Tail: 4*Short rib: 4*Pork belly: 4*Heart: 2*Cocktail (yuzu beer /michelada): 2*Dessert (Ube and sesame): 4*
Izakaya style with lots of skewers. Small and intimate about ten tables and some bar seating; i walked in and grabbed the last bar spot on a friday night, otherwise reservation seemed required. Friendly staff and good service.
Great staff and ambiance. Loved the waygu beef skewers, the salmon and the creative cocktails. Some other dishes were good but not great. Will definitely return to try more from the menu.
The staff here are wonderful and welcoming. We came here for our anniversary dinner and they not only gave us wonderful service but also a complementary side dish of the season and dessert sake, both were absolutely delicious. This place is fun and so good, we had the miso soup to start, beef short ribs, chicken cartilage, makerel and house sake, everything was good.
SO. SO. DELICIOUS!!! Every single bite. Every yakitori. Every drink. Every dessert... truly, so so so wonderful! We had (and heartily recommend) several yakitori (meat and vegetables -- the chicken breast was my absolute favorite!), grilled onigiri rice ball, agedashi tofu (also a fave, their frying is insane), spicy buta, fried chicken, spicy cracker, the gorgeous chicken gyoza, and a sesame montblanc dessert. Not all pictures, but all thoroughly enjoyed. We can't wait to come back!
Great food! Have not tried Japanese skewers before. Chicken hears and scallop were my favorite! Very yummy miso soup too. Service was exceptional. Nothing to complain about.
A must for anyone who enjoys Robata. I've never had better, even in Tokyo. Particularly recommended: Chicken thigh, beef short rib, scallop. Also, for the more adventurous, chicken hearts and chicken gizzards. The small dishes are also excellent (don't miss the crisp seaweed crackers with spicy salmon and avocado) as is the dessert. Highly recommended.
We just passed by this place and it smelled so good, we then checked out the menu and it looked like something we would enjoy and we sure did. Loved the food and service was excellent!!! They have outside seating option and just loved our dinner experience!!

Outstanding food, dynamite staff. The place knocked me out. Do yourself favor, don’t miss it. You won’t regret it.
