Fantastic place to go, being from NY it's hard to find quality bagels with quality cream cheese and this place has it! Well worth checking out!
The staff is great, but the food was mediocre. I got a Breakfast BLT and I'm not sure if it was a plastic covering or the egg was not freshly cooked(?) but I pulled a plastic-y egg piece from my mouth mid chew.
This place violates Californian law by overcharging several products in contrast with the price stated on the label. "We still have to change the label". When asked that we want the product at the stated price: "The manager isn't in so we can't charge the price stated, it's not going to happen, please step aside". Arguing the case didn't help so we left without a purchase. Most unfriendly and unhelpful.
Stopped here for breakfast while visiting the city. Got the brunch box for 8 of us (only $37) and it was more than enough food for us. Food was very good. Coffee was good but had to wait a bit for them to brew another pot. Staff seemed overwhelmed although there were 4-5 of them and not very crowded. Out of creamer, cream cheese not stocked, no napkins out. No indoor seating available and two tiny tables out front so plan to take it to go!
The cashier and the rest of the staff were super helpful yesterday morning. The bagels were really good, my family enjoyed them at the golden gate bridge. Thank you guys
It was an eh spot. bagels are pretty small and un eventful. Staff was friendly and fast.
I don’t know, it annoys me when people use “NY bagels” and then they’re decent at best. I was disappointed. I can’t find amazing bagels in SF. But perhaps it’s just cuz it’s not NY! Lol
Online ordering is very unorganized. Ran out of items and just excluded them from the order instead of letting us know before we left the store. Food is good, but wasted alot of time.
Avoid this place at all costs. Waited 40 mins for 2 bagels. Once I got it, one was missing and there was no salmon on mine. What a horrible experience. I’d travel across the city to go somewhere else than go back here. The guy working also wasn’t wearing his mask most of the time. If you want to go somewhere where they are Violating health rules and get your order wrong, this is the place for you.Edit - the business owner responded with incorrect mask rules for the city of SF and clearly doesn’t care about the accuracy of your order because that part of my review was fully ignored. What happened to caring about your customers experience?
Absolutely the best breakfast spot we have came across while visiting San Francisco! Friendly staff and fast service .
