Secret Roll and Spider-Man Roll were great!
Quick bite before a concert at SF Jazz. Special rolls obviously made prior to my order... just not used to sushi prepared ahead. The 2 orders of nigiri were fresh.
What a great find! We had a show to go to at Davies and wanted to have dinner in the neighborhood. We loved the care that went into every dish we ordered. The presentation was flawless, and the service was in tune with us to ensure a terrific dining experience. Will definitely come here again to try all their other dishes!
Couldn't fault it. Super fresh. Plenty of it. Nice variety. 5.30 and it was full. Says it all really.
The service is fantastic. Hardworking people. All of our Appetizers and Sushi rolls (especially the soft shell crab) were really good. We would not order the chef's choice sashimi platter again. Includes basic salmon, tuna, and three additional fishes that were just OK. Nothing special. I imagine the fish selection changes daily so I will ask the next time we eat there.

We went before the symphony as it is only about five blocks away. We allowed 2 hours and we were done in an hour so service was very fast. The sushi was very good in the rolls, we had the 49er roll and the summertime roll. The Ikura hand rolls we ordered are slightly disappointing because the nori was not crispy and the Ikura was somewhat tasteless. The crab chawanmushi was also slightly disappointing because while there was very nice crab on top of it there was nothing inside of it which is very unusual for this kind of a dish. So as we ate it once the little bit of crab was gone there was only custard soup. The edamame were excellent! A nice size portion and perfectly cooked. The value was very high as the prices were quite reasonable.
This place is close to our building and I made a reservation for the hung m hubby and I to explore for a date night the sushi and the service was good. I would definitely come again.
Good sushi in a small space
Stopped by for lunch before performing at Davies Symphony hall, and the food was super fresh and delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive and kind. Highly recommend -- we'll be back!
