Called to ask a question about the bakery and they were extremely rude, and hung up on me in the middle of my question. Definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Disappointing quality produce, too many diary options wasting space, and high costs that don't match the middling shelf items

I love Mollie Stones It’s a great market. It’s a bit pricey. But the fruit is excellent.

Crazy crazy crazy overpriced. Everything is 2x as expensive as Whole Foods. As someone who lives in Sf and is used to higher prices this place was jaw dropping. It’s cheaper to go out to eat then to buy food here and cook it at home. I couldn’t believe it\\n\\nUpdate: I with I could give them 0 stars. The lazy employee took hella long to serve me then double changed me for the weight of the box the food comes in. Then their was no one at the register when I went to check out. It’s insane how much cheaper Whole Foods is. And better service and quality.

Really nice gourmet grocery store in the Castro. Packed with a good selection of organic, local, and specialty items, including many Mollie Stone's branded items. Great selection of produce, cakes, breads, meats, cheeses, deli items, and ready-made meals and sides. Also carries gift cards, boxed chocolates (including Sees!), and a reasonable selection of household items like kitchenware and cleaning products.

Overpriced and the store-made food is pretty bad. I really wanted to like this place ( considering how much I paid for their food) but every time I’ve tried anything they’ve made in house, whether it be chicken, pasta, or other dish, it’s always been pretty bad or near inedible. The chicken is almost always rubbery/hard and the food is generally tasteless. It’s like their cooks thought, “how can we make this food taste like nothing and charge double for it?” I don’t mind paying high prices if the food is actually good, but pretty much everything I’ve tried from this store has been gross. Either adjust your recipes or just donate your food to a shelter, throw it in the trash, etc. Yes, it’s really that bad!

The quality is high but so are the prices. But then again look where you are. The overhead isn’t cheap. You pay for convenience and quality and frankly that’s probably fine.

I love this grocery store, not just it was situated close to our place, it sells Asian food and food, as well! I was struggling when and where to purchase Asian items here in the city. Yet, this staple shop had such countless assortments of Asian products. From noodles, flavors, and delights, they had everything here! My taste buds won't ever be exhausting again and missing home. They likewise had the most pleasant and hottest staff! Much appreciated, folks!

Best store for me since 1977...

$4 for an avocado! The kale turned yellow the day after I bought it. WholeFoods is cheaper and better but maybe too far to hike if you’re walking and schlepping groceries up the hills.
