Ordered the Lomo Saltado and it was very delicious! I love dining at Mi Lindo Peru. The restaurant is very clean, friendly waiters/waitresses, didn't have to wait too long for our food, and overall this Peruvian restaurant deserves a 5 star rating!
I went on a first date with my husband here. staff is super friendly and the food is always good. love their garlic shrimp
Such good food! We just got back from it and I'm still thinking about their garlic shrimp. Note that the food here is not "fancy", it's just honest and made with love. The potatoes from the garlic shrimp brought back so many memories of my grandma and made it the best dinner I could have around here. Their empanadas are also delicious (especially if mixed with the spicy salad that comes with it). If you're looking for an authentic Latin flavored comfort food, this is definitely the spot!
This is a gem in the Outer Mission. They serve Peruvian classics: Lomo Saltado, ceviche but it's the portions that I love about this place. The staff is friendly and always giving a welcoming smile. A good place for lunch dinner and groups.
I picked up for take out ..the food is excellent delicious yummy yummy ...leaves a fantastic taste too the pallet for hours later..if you are going to dine in a cozy atmosphere waitress is a doll?
Place clean, food fresh with lots of flavor
Great food, great drinks, only reason for 3 and not 5 stars is because they have a credit/debit card processing fee, it's a percentage of the bill and it's NOT mentioned anywhere. So when we had diner here and had a larger bill we were surprised at the fee and I do think this is something that should be disclosured.
The worst Peruvian food in the city. If I could shut this place down I would. The only Peruvian thing about this place is the decoration. $120 wasted. The first order was bistek a lo pobre, más pobre el que lo cocino. The jalea was undercooked from the inside of the crispy exterior with no flavor, the chicha morada? Parece de sobre. And lastly the papa rellena had 6 olives and 8 raisins in each papa. Please I recommend not wasting your money here. As a Peruvian native who enjoys Peruvian food, I don’t recommend this place. Oh and not to mention… their salsa criolla tasted like pico de gallo with jalapeños. Peruvian? I think not.
Mi Lindo Peru... two words: Muy Bueno!I was craving Peruvian today and stumbled upon Mi Lindo Peru when “another” Peruvian place I was going to was closed. I wasn’t disappointed as Mi Lindo Peru was as authentic as can be, sans the llamas roaming outside! I ordered the Lomo Saltado (steak stir fry) that came with Rice and best bread, ever! The Sangria I ordered had a nice kick to it and lucky I ate all that bread first lol. About $30 for my experience and staff was Latino friendly;) Parked on Geneva/Mission.
Delicious food. Service was excellent!!
