I have been to many fast food,but this branch of McDonald's is quite different.Now, I decided to try eating here and I am expecting that,hmm, it's like the other fast food, no significant or unusual things. But to my surprise, when I tried their food, Wow! It was one of a kind. Burgers have thick patties and fries were awesome. The staffs are working with a smile and very friendly.The place is very clean and follow health standards, since it's pandemic. I am definitely recommending this to my friends and family near here. I hope I can go back to this place sooner. I can't wait! Thank you very much for your excellent service.
I arrived at McDonald's on Sutter Street I went in to pick up a delivery and they refused to give it to me because I had my scooter with me. I never seen any signs that says anything about leaving my scooter outside which I could not do because it would get stolen but they did not care they were very rude and their service was very very slow I had waited there for my order a good 30 minutes before for a delivery order if I was anybody who wanted McDonald's I would steer clear of this one unless you want a bad attitude and a long wait.
Ordered from the kiosk and no receipt came out. Lady looked annoyed when I explained it to her. She called the next person to the register immediately. Bank didn’t know if I was being dishonest after I asked for transaction to be cancelled. 17 bucks and I get nothing. Worked in SF for 10 years and I continue to hate this city. Got jack in the box instead.
Placed an order for pickup. Lady at the handout section refused to put my food into the standard paper bag. Even though I order it for to-go. Kindly asked for it but was ignored, and was told pay for it. Never have I been charged for that before. Was handed fries and 2 burgers. Wasn’t able to bring that on my scooter. Extremely bad customer service and cheap behavior for a multi- billion dollar business.
Its McDonalds. Provably the most unhealthy food 8n existence. I dobt even wanna talk about that fry oil, or what it's made of. Not to mention, fear beef and torture chicken. But they've nailed the taste bud combination shot though, alternating , salty, sweet, salty, sweet. It's why we think this food actually tastes good. And the only thing fast about it is how it makes us sick a d causes disease.
If you want a friendly customer service experience do not use this McDonald's.The till assistant was unable to say please or thank you to any customer. I even said is there a please or thank you and was just given a blank stare.On the plus side the team serving the food were very cheerful and polite.Filled in the online survey, but no option to speak to anyone.
Prices vary from their kiosk and there counter staff. Pretty shady.
I don't know if this location was busier than usual because the one on Market was closed but they were struggling. The manager was doing her best but it was like herding cats, there were clearly a few employees that were not firing on all cylinders. They managed to miss a whole burger off our order. Manager got it sorted, credit to her, but this kept happening to other people too. I felt sorry for her, when it's so busy and your staff keep dropping the ball, there's not much you can do in the moment.
Clean McDonald's. Speedy service. They got my order right. Dine-in now possible.
I like McDonalds. But this SF store is not professional at all. I ordered 2 sandwiches, it had dish soap taste. When I called about this situation they just hang up. I didn't want free food or replacement, I just wanted to let them know. Now I'm so mad
