I often do sales at this store because my kids like it very much, but there is a Hispanic cashier on this side of the driveway with a tattoo on his left hand. Very unfriendly, often discriminatory attitude, very unfriendly Being friendly is really uncomfortable. As a world-renowned listed company, this kind of behavior should not happen. I will continue to sell money in this company in the future. I hope that such unpleasant things will not happen again. .
Went to this McDonald's super late at night after a performance, thankfully I got there right before the super long line. And by long line I mean in the drive-thru, so we were definitely obstructing some traffic. But again, since it was super late it wasn't like we were causing too much of a scene. The service went really quick. There were maybe six cars ahead of me and the only reason it took a little bit of time is because there was someone who had some difficulties with their orders. Two cars up. My order was perfectly fine though. So gg I guess
Whenever I am in the neighborhood, I got this McDonald's. I then go to the park around the corner and enjoy walking soccer matches.
I’ve order DoorDash and they always pick up the food form this location this is the only McDonald that employees forgot to put all the food items in the bag and everytime I receive my bag 2 food items are missing. When I call there location they say call DoorDash, The employees should read peoples order and send them all the food that they order in the bag. People pay for items that are missing from the bag that’s not right. That’s stealing.
Ordered 1 double hamburger with extra mustard& extra onions only received one patty my boss tells me I should go and kill my self! But then I told him same thing happened at smashburger.
Well it does have a drive-thru the layout of the parking lot is so bad that the approach I prefer puts me as a line cutter to get into the drive-thru with no other option. Also last time I was there it sounds like they stiff somebody on this change and he was just asking for his money back and they were like no we gave it to you but it sounded suspicious
I ordered 4 apple pies and a shamrock shake which is one of my favorite items from McDonald's. I wait patiently all year for the new season of shamrock to come. Anyways i order way in advance before getting there. I made my way there on my skateboard, i got there 1 min. Pass closing time. They were still finishing serving the last car on drive thru i get to the window. I told them i had an online order shoe them the order on my phone and they did not even acknowledge it.. the only response from. Them was it's close, while i see them throwing a shamrock shake on the garbage ?? ??? literally that was my expressions when they turn around and flick the lights off ? that was me on my way home......
They su k, I walked all the way over here, can't get inside to order food because doors are locked at 845 am, I see staff inside eating at the tables and I can't order anything to go?
I am very sorry that this place has very bad customer service which most of the time I have had to go through, people attend as if they were forced to work one of the supposed managers was heaker when attending and until where I understand they are to see where the error is and they should be a little more polite because it is supposed to be a big Mac but I think the top misses everythingI don't recommend this place at least until the service changes
It's a McDonalds. :) I've only ever driven through, but I always get what I ordered with relative ease. I also like that the drive-through is open late for those late night munchies.
