HORRIBLE service in the drive thru. Over 30 min to get my food with only 3 cars ahead. Fries were ICE cold with no ice in drink and no ketchup. Cars double part making it nearly impossible for an emergency vehicle to get in. Amazingly no one in the store eating so you have to wonder why the parking lot was packed people are just standing around.
After you have had Whataburger, all other burger places are just meh.One of the slower drive-thrus I've experienced, doesn't McDonald's always just have the food already prepped to go and microwave it anyways?
They served us very quickly, they were very nice and friendly... the food was delivered very quickly and hot
I go to this McDonald's because it's usually late night around 10 or 11pm on weekdays after coming from work because the one on sutter st. Is usually closed already where I live closer too and Where I prefer to go to but this one is cleaner and less crowded usually than the one on market and new Montgomery St. The food is prepared fresh to order but it has been nights when it gets chaotic with doordash, uber and sometimes it can be really crowded, you have to wait outside if you are a delivery or mobile order because the dining area is usually close by the time I arrive. I don't like that because it takes longer to get my order since I'm competing amongst the delivery people they tend to have priority over regular orders so I wait out In the cold for 20 minutes or so because I'm not driving but I sacrifice the wait & the cold because it's much better to me than the alternative where anything can happen to you at the other mc Donald's on market st.
I got here at 1am and it was a Saturday night to be fair but there was a crowd of customers and delivery drivers at the door and the drive through line was into the street. For 30 mins nobody at the doors even got any acknowledgement from the employees you could see inside until finally one poor employee that didn't speak the best English was bombarded with everyone at the takeout window while she handed out orders. The management here should have planned/organized/ trained/ scheduled better in my opinion. The Cherry on top was the fact my fries and mcnuggets we're cold ? ?
Super slow queue. Drive in guy couldn't understand a word I said. Burgers were stone cold, and there were long black hairs in everything.

I had something missing from order and the McBrat at the window kept telling me it wasn't on the order, I said ok add it to the order. I wasn't trying to get anything free. He told me I would have to go around in the drive through line again, which already was unsatisfactory slow. I was on lunch from work. After going back and forth on this with this over a brief exchange I admittedly muttered quietly to myself this is f'd. As I slowly pulled away this mccreep yelled top of his lungs f you. I wasn't at all being unreasonable. I will never go to this subpar location again ever. I even understood, though didn't agree with me saying I'd have to go back around, since he obviously couldn't keep up with his line. Lowest possible score I can give is appropriate.
This place got my entire order incorrect after Rushing me over and over (mind you, nobody is behind me) it's almost as if they were playing a trick on us giving us the exact opposite of what we ordered. No sense of urgency for help for us just a the sense to get us out of there. In the heart of the Fillmore can explain the impact of the amount of busy it continues to be. I would probably hate my job too, but sheesh.
Good service, this is just in a dodgy part of town. Always be in alert, we did drive thru and that was a bit precarious.
