Fantastic service. My main course had an issue and was solved immediately. Only suggestion…music didn’t fit the early bird crowd and was a bit too loud. Consider milder playlist and softer volume before 6:30

The overall experience was subpar. I came to celebrate my son's birthday and initially had to wait 15 minutes or so after the reservation time to be seated. Others who came in after us, with no reservation, were seated before us. A lot of people who came in didn't really adhere to the dresscode specified on the website. We, finally got seated on the third level with a toddler, which appeared to be an open space. We ordered food and waited, however my wife and son's steak wasn't cooked correctly so they sent it back. They got full on sides, while waiting for a new steak that came out cooked perfectly. But at the time we were basically done with eating. We got the birthday deserts, coffee, paid, and left. Maybe we'll come again but that'll be a while from now.

We were on vacation in SF. We usually eat in Newport Beach. Food is always awesome at any Mastros. It’s my family’s go-to special occasion restaurant.

Food was over cooked and wrong items were brought to the table. We were in a hurry to make it to an opera on time and they did not serve us what we ordered as a ‘timing issue’. Music was overly loud for an upscale steak house.

It was a great meal and they even were wonderful with teenagers

Great Service, very attentive, friendly, and accommodating!

Great food. Place was noisy but service was very good.

We had a table of 6 and most people did not think the steaks or fish were all that great. The sides were much better. Will probably never go back again.

Meat I little burn and very dark inside .

Terrible!!! Terrible!!!! Do not, I really mean,do not go in here. We have been to many Mastro’s before in Arizona, Chicago, and Los Ángeles and this is by far a shame to the brand. I really hate to think my experience was race related, but trust us that we know steaks and the treatment by the manager on a really bad well over cooked steak was the worst I have ever received in a restaurant. He did not get that our only issue was the overly cooked steak. He suggested to comp the whole dinner, but he would not admit the steak was wrong. It sure sounded condescending. We paid everything we ate and drank. Ruined my birthday dinner. Never going back to Mastro’s!!!
