This restaurant made for a great lunch. We ate outside, and the way the staff handle the outdoor seating is very smart. You order by scanning a QR code with your phone and can pay at your leisure, meaning you don’t have to wait. You’re able to flag down a server if you need something, and you’re also welcome to step inside yourself if you need water. I wouldn’t recommend sitting outside if it’s chilly or windy. I ordered the fish and chips and found it to be very tasty, and not too greasy or oily. The cheeseburger was also very good. The quinoa bowl was fantastic, and the chicken club was excellent as well. The hazy IPA was also excellent for anyone looking for a drink.
Loved our lunch at Magnolia! All the food was delicious. The Cobb salad was gorgeous and tasted just as good. The garlic fries were great - especially when dipped in the mussels broth. Lots of good beer to sample and friendly service.
I've always loved this place, been coming here for years. Although the beers and food are still awesome, the recent remodel kind of sterilized the vibe. Try the sausages and the cheese plate and of course, the beers!
We stopped in for a beer and we’re surprised by the lunch menu. Jumped in and had the Ahi tuna sandwich that was over the top and Chicken club that was what my wife stated as “the best she’s EVER had”. I had to taste it and agree. Sit at the bar, the staff is friendly and conversational! Loved it!!!!
Beer is good, but not great. Food quality has greatly diminished in the past few years (as of May 2022), and the menu is small and mostly typical brewpub food.Overall, very disappointing, as I used to go out of my way to visit.

Thank you guys so so much for accommodating our 20+ group. Yall were amazing. The food was fabulous. I got the Cosmic Seas that was to die for and another coworker for the shark bite, he said that was amazing too. Appreciate yall! We will def be back the next time we hold a company summit!
Strangely one of just a few bars to get a drink on Haight. We got seated right away, which was kind since there was a wait. The beer options are limited (I think there were only 6 or 7 beers on tap), but I enjoyed what I had.
Nice place - really good craft beer, and delicious food. Friendly and Attentive service too!
