They did not have any regular breakfast prepared by 10:00am. There were some stale breakfast wraps under at heat lamp. Four employees standing around with no process or chain of communication. Instead of breakfast (since they did not have any made) we ordered 3 pastries and a cappuccino after finding out they didn't have a breakfast cook ready. Even though we said nevermind to breakfast, someone had gone to summon the cook. When he got out and they told him canceled, he threw a small fit. One woman went to get the cappuccino but brought back drip coffee, she had misheard. It was a painful experience to correct, we had to go back and pay again for the difference ($1) waiting while cashier punched in all the items again, voided them and changed the drip coffee to cappuccino. The pastries were not good and they forgot to heat them up. When we went back to ask them to reheat they said they could not as we had already bit into them. Okay then get us some new pastries and heat them up like you should have in the first place! Nope, they did not offer to do this. The food was just not very good or worth the price, and the customer service was terrible. They need to work on their training and communication.
Gross, dry breakfast wrap. Was sitting in a hot bin, not made fresh. For $12. No sauce on the thang, potatoes turned to mush, eggs are playdo texture, and no flavor in the sausage. :(Also, $6 for a piece of corn bread? Get outta here!
Blueberry scone was stale and Coffee was average and it cost $9.
A $20 Po Boy disappointment, bad enough for me to write a bad review. Had a funny plastic aftertaste. Chicken patty was dry. Shouldn't be charging gourmet prices for a gas station sandwich. Walk over to Dogpatch and get a sandwich there instead.
Ordered apple bacon wraps and they were really really good! They have tomatoes, baked potato and crispy bacons all wrapped inside fresh wrap. Decent coffee, fresh orange juice and not to mention the humongous and delicious croissants. Don't come to SFO terminal 1 very often. But, when you do, you should give this place a try before flying out ?????
I ordered the southern chicken (3 piece) meal… For $20 I was expecting some sizable chicken. Instead I got 3 thin small pieces of chicken that looked like chicken nuggets. I was beyond disappointed at the size and appearance of the meal. Once I took a bite of the chicken, I instantly felt even more ripped off as the taste of the chicken was completely bland and very dry. Do not eat here unless you want to pay a ton of money for a meal that tastes worse than McDonald’s chicken nuggets.
The fried chicken sandwich was flavorless and bland. The French fries were warm and stale. Disgusting. $25 for sandwich, fries and drink.
Little Skillet is a great place to visit and have food. Kids like it very much because it is kids friendly. I went with some of my friends and had great gossiping with food. I saw people doing a party at the weekend. They offer so many discounts and arrangements on the occasions.
Mediocre at best and overpriced. Lemonade is good.
Not worth the expense. Service and food need a major overhaul. They were out of potatoes and butter (did not bother to mention this when we made our order). They gave us extra eggs to comp the potatoes, again didn't bother mentioning this when they gave us our food. When we sat at the bar, there were two male bartenders who saw us sit down, but didn't bother to come over with a menu or offered to get us drinks until they were done talking. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
