I've loved Lemonade since I started visiting their Yerba Buena location for lunch when they first opened - it's been wonderful to have the West Portal location nearby. Their curbside pick up we an absolute godsend during the pandemic, and now it's just one more thing that keeps us coming back. Staff is always friendly and helpful, food is delicious and well packaged. Outdoor seating is available with plenty of tables. The turkey Tijuana sandwich is my go-to but I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered. Definitely get a lemonade with your order!
Today I enjoyed a delicious noodle dish at Lemonade at West Portal. The noodles were called Buckwheat Soba noodles mixed with kimchi. A mixture of roasted broccoli, edamame, cilantro, and scallions complemented the noodles. The dressing mix tasted vinegary. The meal was absolutely delicious. I would order this meal again and try to prepare this dish at home for a side dish.
Ordered a grilled cheese with mashed potatoes. Cheese was very burned and potatoes sour & cold. Service wasn't bad but food was not worth it.
Great juices and salads! The raspberry mint lemonade is delicious!
The Chicken Pesto sandwich was delicious and the Cucumber Mint lemonade was refreshing!
Line out the door and many employees sitting on their phones. Janitor was hard at work keeping outdoor patio clean. Turkey club was fresh but the pasta salad was gummy. We used to love this place, but doubt we'll be back again after today.
Lemonade serves a strange combination of comfort food, healthy options, and of course their namesake beverage. I had something from each of those categories: a grilled cheese sandwich, a Thai curry, and an elderflower lemonade. I thoroughly enjoyed all three items. This location is quite a distance from most other things tourists might want to see in San Francisco. It was a short ride on Muni Metro, though, and I had a very nice lunch.
I like this lemonade location. The staff is friendly and the place is super clean. As usual the food at lemonade is healthy and has a lot of great healthy options for sides. The one thing I do find annoying is when it comes to their combo for sandwiches and you can get a healthy side but then have to get a bag of chips and there's no other option for the chips and I always feel like I'm getting a little ripped off which is why I'll dock this place one star but other than that I really like lemonade.
