I've been to another of this same chain overseas. For that aspect it was fun. The place is a bit cramped but convenient in the mall. I recommend signing up ahead of time online as there can be quite a wait in person. The udon was just okay and the sushi was decent but in small portions. They serve the drinks by robot which is cool. Actually the food delivery systems are the most fun thing.

It's a fun environment especially the robots that serve beverages. However the sushi is average at best. I prefer another place not too far away from there which is a little better. Neither are as good as a real sushi joint though. But they are fun to go to and are pocket friendly , for sushi that is, as long as you don't get carried away and stuff your face.

Amazing place each play is about 3.50 a plate u get a toy and the food is the food is amazing and fresh will come back it's such a fun experience

Yummy sushi options! 4 stars only because the waiting is really bad during the weekends as they don't accept reservations. It's not as easy to go in and out as other places. But loved the multiple options and that they list the name of each plate.

Drinks and condiment delivered by robot. Seating felt very private as booths are separted by walls/screens. Small prize (lanyard, eraser, button) after 15 plates collected per ipad. Sushi/sashimi on the smaller and thinner side, but it's a fun dining experience!

Our experience at the Kura Revolving Sushi Bar was great. We got there early so there was no line and there was only a couple of people ahead of us. The Sushi was great. What we also liked was the little robot that comes out with your drink and brings it to your table. That was so cool.

Great delicious shushi plate for 3.50... Robotic waiter high tech shushi bar. Each time try different 6 to 8 plate shushi and loved them all. They have a long waiting time so better do reservation online.

Tried this place by ordering ahead online through the QR code at the entrance rather than waiting to be seated. In addition to sushi they also have udon and sides like fried squid, and at the time of reviewing, had Tetris collab merch for sale too (or alternatively, a piece of merch after several sushi plates). I had the beef udon and the fried squid side dish. The prices seem to have tax included, so $8 for a portion of udon soup is pretty hard to beat, though for the portion size or taste it's "you get what you pay for". My phone wasn't actually notified by text when my order was ready (someone at the entrance asked me if I was picking up while I waited outside, about a half hour after my estimated pick-up time, so my food got cold).Came for the Tetris merch (my friend is a total Tetris nerd), stayed for the food, would come back to dine-in for the sushi or give them another chance at their hot food options. I also observed robot waiters moving around the restaurant and dine-in customers using tablet computers for ordering at the tables.

Awesome and fun sushi experience. You grab the sushi or other items from the conveyor belt or you can order from the iPad if you don't see it. Each plate is $3.50 and the seafood is fresh for the price. There are also hot food, small plates, and desserts. There are now robots in the store delivering water, ginger,, and Wasabi - quite cool to see. Prob tips: 1) download the app so you can sign in to wait list remotely then go toward the store when its almost your turn 2) the app accumulates points that turn into dollar amouns so make sure you scan when you pay. 3) 15 plates get you a small gift from the machine.

Great customer service. Portions were made to fool you . Thinly sliced fish on top of a mound of rice, making it look larger then expected. I Ordered 13 plates, but was still very hungry. Sushi was fresh , but I rather pay more for both quality and quantity. Definitely Worth a try ?
