The ambience was cute, but the food was the worst I’ve ever had. I can’t speak for the meat preparations, but the vegan ramen was really bad, really really bad.

After a long day at work and walking in the wind, all I need for the evening is a bowl of steaming ramen. Found this place near my office and ordered a Chuuka Men.Wow it was good! The broth was delicious and hot, I wasn’t even thirsty after drinking the entire bowl, probably because it was MSG free! The noodle was perfectly cooked; the egg and chashu also tasted great! I can tell that the entire bowl of ramen was cooked the way it was in Japan. As for the price, I was surprised that it was actually very affordable, considering the fact that the restaurant was located in Embarcadero Center. I need to go there again and try new stuff.

I haven’t been here in years! I really enjoyed the food the last time I was here. I was looking for ramen but all they had was rice bowls for now. I had an unagi don. It was simple but delicious. I can’t wait to come back when they have the ramen going again.

Great ramen place close to the ferry building. Ramen was delicious, the service was quick and the staff was very friendly.

Short wait time, excellent service and food is delicious, we will definitely go back.

I had chuuka men with thin noodles for the first time & i didn't like it. It tastes like a cough syrup with no real japanese ramen flavor. It's like an instant home made bland maruchan soup. definitely, it's a waste of time & money.

I love this place. The chasu is always so melt in your mouth tender.

The best Ramen I ever had! Recommended

Really enjoyed the ramen and broth. Ramen is made in house which i really appreciate. Texture is great for me too’

I love this place. The ramen is so good and the bowl is just the right size to be filling but not put you in a food coma and falling asleep because you're stuffed. I normally stick with my usual Miso ramen but I've heard from co-workers that all the other options are tasty as well.I'm happy they are surviving the pandemic as I was afraid that they would close because the lack of people working in FiDi.
