Enjoyed the fries and sauce. Also the muffin was nice. Everything else is garbage, unfortunately. The nuggets are nasty, like they've been eaten already and re-sold.The twister is soggy, the ingredients are not good.I only recommend the fries.
I'm a student at the high school up the hill, and whenever I need a quick bite afterschool, I always come to this KFC. The customer service may seem a little off-putting and the chicken might be expensive, but the people there are very nice and put in a little bonus for me, not to mention the food there are warm and ready. This is one of the very few fast-food restaurants of San Francisco that I have genuine respect for and would return after I head off to college.

No drive thru?! Or close parking?! And it's joined in with Taco bell. So this was the most abnormal KFTaco I've ever been to. That being said, the manager there last night was super nice and helpful! It was expensive though! $20 for two people. That's as much as a sit down restaurant. Which by the way there isn't a single chair in the lobby at this place, so don't even think about sitting down here. Again, very odd.
I think the store owner and staff should be retrained by corporate.all I ordered was a two piece chicken and biscuit and a regular taco.the chicken was luke warm and the taco was full of lettuce. Not the taco bell taco that would normally be served. Maybe they are trying to conserve energy and taco meat. I use to go to high school up the hill from there and the food and service has gone down hill. The young lady who took my order was great, but the manager seems like a dictator who needs to be stopped, and why is the food there more expensive than other KFC's?
** Do not waste your money and time. Go to another KFC. **This is the only KFC in 2021 that will not let you swap out sides for Thanksgiving meal. The employees and management do not care what the standard practice of every other KFC in the area.I was told I'm sorry the manager is on a call and they do not know if they can even talk to you today or even a time frame. This is big time code for they do not even want to deal with you. I even waited 10 minutes at the store, while calling near by KFC to confirm if they could swap and the answer was yes for all of them. After 10 minutes of waiting still no manager presence and the answer of the employees was a shrug and I do not have a time line for you.

Take out 6/3/2021. Nowadays, almost every fast food joint has a new spicy chicken sandwich. There was a big $4 spicy sandwich promotion poster outside of this KFC. My first bite into this sandwich put a slight smile on my face. It was a familiar taste of a regular piece of KFC chicken without the grease with a mild level of spice. The bun was soft and buttery. The orange sauce was a little tangy. The center of the chicken breast was a bit dry. Overall, it wasn't bad and went above my expectations. Popeye's is still better, hands down.
