I ordered family buckets and some fries. OMG, they disappointed me big time for the 3rd time. Chickens were mostly thighs and they were dry, very dry. I believe they just re-heat them. So old and all you can taste is burned oil. French fries were same. Selling me food that were sitting out for a while, makes me feel I am robbed! Not the first time this has happened so if you wanted some chicken for the lazy night, stay away from this place. Save your money and time, look somewhere else! This is a homeless feeding location and they just dont care about the quality of the food.

My Son Phillip ordered and we didn't receive our drinks I continue to have problems when I order online the manager and I have spoken about this before I tried calling the store and THEY NEVER answer so I will call CORPORATE ON MONDAY MORNING THIS IS UNCALLED FOR I AM DONELAVERNE
Typical KFC. Service is quick and usually friendly. Add to that the Taco Bell menu and you got a great fast food option.
Ordered on Dec 8, 2021 around 9:20pm.Staff was very friendly and notified us certain item was out and must be made fresh. My wife and I did not mind the wait if it’s made fresh. The staff(I believe it’s the manager) kept us updated on the wait time.They were extremely accommodating and made sure the orders were accurate and quality. Best fast food experience I’ve had thus far, and definitely will make a trip out to this specific location again for sure.10/10 would recommend
Chicken had no salt/pepper seasoning! Bland batter.Coleslaw bland but the macaroni/cheese was good!Except for the blue shirt wearing supervisor, Ryan, Jimmy or Jammie and the other staff at this 6th Ave & Geary Street location need to understand that all people have money and need to respected and valued as such.Parking lot is clean and well lit making it a great place to spiff up your car?
Poor customer service
If I could give zero star I would do that, the staff is so terrible Not helpful at all the girl at the counter so mean and rude gets annoyed if you ask something and while she is working her mind is somewhere else. I told her three times sandwiches and she missed it. When I told her it’s not sandwich she got mad even she doesn’t feel bad about it. Manager Samantha tried to help out but it did not work out. Manager can’t manage stuff. The stuff all is useless.I don’t know how they hire such kinda useless people for the customer service. Not recommended place pls don’t waste of your time and nerves
The chicken was cold and hard like a rock, overcooked or old. Horrible Quality.
I was charged double the sales tax on an online order, and the store refused to take responsibility. I contacted KFC 6 times, and was finally told they couldn't refund tax. Check you're receipts carefully, since they think they can overcharge sales tax and just keep the money. I love their chicken, but they have lost my business forever, as I won't do business with a crooked company.
