good food but they need a lesson on good customer service. as a whole, the staff was not friendly and we didn’t feel welcome. they worst part was the staff started cleaning before closing time and vacuuming right next to us which was very obnoxious. not even a thanks for coming as we got up to leave

Terrific Korean BBQ. So tasty and affordable. All you can eat for under $35. Great service, nice meat, soup, etc. Selections. One of the best Korean BBQ I've ever had the privilege to eat at. Highly recommended.
This is the worst Korean BBQ restaurants I’ve ever been to. The meat is poor quality, almost no sauce options, poor service, only 1 small grill even for a table of 6+, over priced for what you get, they hound you on time, and if all these things don’t make you steer far away from here 3 of the 6 people in the group had massive diXXXXea for 2 days after. Stay far away from here.
I always enjoy coming here for all you can eat! When it's not busy, I find that the staff does not rush you to get out within the listed time of 90 mins.Recently (03/2022) they stopped offering beef tongue (which I always got) so I wouldn't be surprised if the more pricey items gets dropped off from the menu list...I really enjoy their variety of meats and sides! Like the Bulgogi, radish wrap and Kimchi, the clam in butter and cheese corn.The ice cream at the end is always a nice touch as well. It's always cookies and cream.I only recommend dining in unless it's not busy for them to make takeout. The first (and prob only time) I got take out, the wait was 40+ mins longer then the first provided estimated time for pickup... They just kept extending 15 mins over and over...
I faced following problems in the Restaurant when I visited it on 11-March-2022, Time 7 pm to 9 pm, 1) Restaurant was very noisy that I could not even speak to my friends sitting opposite to the table. 2) It was very cold on the inside (almost same temperature as outside, probably they opened the doors so that smoke could get out). 3) If people in other table does not cook properly, there is a burnt smell. 4) Toilets were not well maintained and sometime there was no toilet paper at all. 5) Food is only average. PROS: Waiters are very helpful. Please read the following statements provide by restaurant, written in small font carefully before going to the restaurant: "For parties of 6 or more an 18% service charge will be automatically applied. An additional $10 per person will be charged for wasted or unfinished food. Due to SF Health mandate, a 4% SF healthy tax will be charged. Corkage fee $15. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, esp. if you have certain medical conditions" Thank you for reading the comment.
Ordering here is very convenient. There’s a unique QR code that sends you to a website to order your meat and side dishes. The website is fantastic. And the selection of side dishes and meat are numerous and great too. I will definitely come here again!
we feel too discriminated! Terrible service, of everything we requested at the table they did not bring us anything, napkins, water, lemonade or shrimp! We were the only Latinas, we will never go back and we recommend not going to this place, we wanted a nice time and it was just the opposite.
This spot is my go to has alot of good choice of meats to grill on your own. Always a good atmosphere. A good spot to go to with friends and family.
