The atmosphere is warm and welcoming but that’s about the extent of it.I’m not sure what customer service has come to these days but I’ve seen this more and more. I’m happy to wait in a line especially if it’s busy or there’s minimal staff but to not make eye contact, not say “hello, I’ll be right with you” and to just stand there in silence at the counter and wonder if the employee even knows you’re there is frustrating to say the least.Secondly, we ordered tea, a juice and a Joes club sandwich (or what resembled a sandwich). The tea came piping hot and when approached to ask for milk or cream, received the same “head down if you don’t make eye contact, you don’t have to help them”. The sandwich was also luke warm bread with ice cold chicken. I’m not sure if this is what it’s supposed to be like but it was disgusting and not worth the price. The juice was the only good thing so at least that was good considering the name of the establishment.It’s close to where I live but don’t think I’ll be back.

Sandwiches and juices and coffee were spectacular as always. I ordered the Tunacado and the Spicy tuna sandwiches and they were really good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the tables where we sat were not clean (we checked several tables) and the staff wasn't busy at all to try to justify it (specially in Covid times). Thanks !!
Just visited this place and was in love with the decor and overall look of this place. The design/interior of this outlwt was so creative. The black and grey interior was giving a vibe of an old library or a book shop.The place was very spacious and has a upper and lower level with plenty of space between tables so one can sit and eat while maintaining distance in this pandemic.We ordered Spicy Tuna Sandwich for my husband with regular bread and for me with "Gluten Free" bread.It was really very delicious, I am not a kind of person who does not like fish but I must say it was so good and no smell of fish was the sandwish, it was spicy and tasty and on top of that the Gluten Free bread was 10/10 which I was not expecting lol.My husband also loved his sandwich and said it had the same taste as he had at SF airport outlet.The drinks we ordered was Power Shake & JOE's AMG.The Joe's AMG was so refreshing and full of flavors as always.The Power Shake was also very tasty.Spicy Tuna Sandwich 10/10Spicy Tuna Sandwich (GF) 10/10JOE´s AMG 8/10Power Shake 8/10Now we know it is our go to place for Spicy Tuna Sandwich.
This is My 2nd time at Joe and the Juice.But this time in Montgomery street branch.The design of this one is very modern and trendy... Fits perfectly with the surrounding area.Had a juice this time.. it was okay... Nothing so special about apple bananas and strawberries mixed together.Staff is friendly. Prices are okay.

Recently visited the Joe and the Juice at 265 Montgomery Street. This is a great location downtown and has an upper and lower level. There is ample seating and the decor is inspiring and chic. It’s a great environment for creatives! I encourage you to get a POWER SHAKE, when you visit. It’s my favorite thing on the menu!
Nice place to have a coffee and relax. Design of the places is 6 stars out of 5. I asked for the Serrano sandwich and it tasted great. Coffee was good as well and it is offered in 4 different sizes, a nice detail to ask for the right amount. Big variety of seats in case that you want to be solo or with a group.
I love the vibe of this place! It's so modern and sleek. The coffee tasted great and was ready really fast. Super clean and chill.
