You would love this place if you’re into very loud very pop music blasting out of the speakers with not a single quieter spot in the entire cafe. I am not and like most people here I came to have lunch and write a couple of emails but unfortunately wasn’t able to focus even with earplugs. Spoiled the entire experience for me, although the place looks cozy, the food is decent and it could have been so good. Changing this to one star after reading about 20 similar reviews about loud music from 3-4 years ago.
Great atmosphere, great location. Easy post-workout juice stop for bodyrok and Equinox members. Super chill interior. The Joe’s identity is super light and tasty for a more earthy juice.

Stopped by and ordered a cup of coffee because the illy cafe was closed for the Memorial Day weekend. First, I was standing there for 5 minutes before a person came to take my order. There were a few workers but only 2 worked. Others just walked around. Did not even try to come to help while a line of customers were waiting for the service. Ordered a cup of regular coffee. It rang up $4.99. I pointed to the menu behind the cashier. It said the coffee is $3.4. She first said we need to add tax and fee. I responded $1.50 tax and fee? Then she asked her colleague. They said the price on the menu had not been updated because of the inflation. I swallowed up the complained and paid $4.99 for a cup of joe. Instead of pouring me a cup of joe, they went back to do "their things". I waited for another 10 minutes for my cup of joe. Finally, I pushed myself back to the counter and asked for my cup of coffee. She realized that she forgot my coffee. She made a cup of ice coffee to me. I told her I ordered a cup of hot black coffee. She asked me whether I take cream when she took my order. She knew I do not want milk at all. Obviously, she did not pay attention when she asked the question. When she realized that she made the mistake, she poured me a cup of coffee. She charged me a cup of ice coffee but she did not offer me the refund and just moved on. After this experience, this was my first visit to Joe & Juice and it will be my last visit.
The vegan shakes are powder with water. Struggled to get through half of it. :/ reads much better than it tastes. Sandwiches are super light, more like a tartine & more bread than the actual stuff that goes in the sandwich.But — great place to get work done. Love the natural light.
The ambiance is great. I love the coffee and the juices. The service is not good though. I do not know why all the workers act so irritated all the time.
Came here to see where the Matrix was filmed and accidentally fell in love with the Iron Man drink. It was so tasty!
Juice, shakes or coffee - easy place to grab a drink on the go and keep moving. Not really a beacon for great service but will do if you just need to get something quick on the move. Not really ideal to sit or hang out there. Acoustics of the place make it kind of loud and not easy to hang out or have a conversation.
The spot is nice though the music is too loud. The playlist is nice but it’s too loud to focus or listen each other or for virtual meeting. I prefer a lower volume as a soft background. The other star is for expensive price. $8 for a small shake ain’t fair!
Sandwiches and juices and coffee were spectacular as always. I ordered the Tunacado and the Spicy tuna sandwiches and they were really good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the tables where we sat were not clean (we checked several tables) and the staff wasn't busy at all to try to justify it (specially in Covid times). Thanks !!
