So I come to this place where the employees don't understand English nor speak properlyFor a breakfast sausages jack combo that is $5.79 the girl whoever's was the charging me like $12++N when I ask her what is $12 forShe was charging me everything separate.All I wanted breakfast jack without hashbrowns substituted by fries... how difficult is that simple order... then comes another kitchen guy explaining in a translator app which did not give him proper translation... sorry but not being stereotyped or racist.. they'll start talking in Spanish among themselves n later telling me if you don't like you can go...I've already been charged n y you're telling me this... if you don't understand English or speak that's your problem... don't keep blabbering in ur language... this is UNITED STATES.... maybe if you don't like it speak your language wherever you're comfortable... English is preferred when you're speaking and understanding for real....If they don't know their job n price details it's not my problem... it's not the matter of money or a $1-2 charging extra ... tatz forgery we don't entertain that here... post pandemic or not lot of people don't have jobs so every cent matters... maybe for you it's not as you're earning it by charging customers wrong.....To THE MANAGER :PLEASE KEEP TRAINED STAFF AND THAT CAN SPEAK & UNDERSTAND ENGLISH LANGUAGEABOVE ALL DON'T OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMER

This place was horrible.. wait time for food was over 2 hours!! My group came in first and then a rush of door dashers.. one of my friend had to wait to order after all the dashers!! When we all ate out food alrdy.. my friend got so hungry he started eating our fries.. then at the end he went to the desk and ask if they have called out his # yet!! And that guy in the front said he alrdy gave him his order.. thats why he was eating friess!! Worst FAST good place i have ever gone too!!!
Been coming home since over 20 years. The new manager is so sweet and nice. Food has always been good. The only downside is the price they now charge a SF fee.
That say They're open late... which they are... however I got there around 2 a.m. and they were so incredibly backed up with online orders that they actually refused me service because they're only doing online orders.... stupid

Placed an order online from them. The order never got delivered; sketchy services. Also, will never use their services AGAIN!
Ordered Sourdough Jack combo w/ curly fries and shake, stuffed jalapeños, 2 Jr. Bacon and 4 tacos for my group. Received Onion rings, 2 tacos and cheeseburger (not sure which cheeseburger (patty as thick as a slice of paper) was given, picture below). Correct receipt taped on the bag and delivery driver stated he wasn’t even able to talk to the workers. Not sure how it was this off but based on quality of the food that was given looks like the company is valuing profits over quality.
Craving for late night food! That's pretty much the only place that is open unless you live with your mom!
