Excellent from the time you walk in to the time you get your food
They refused to serve me in the drive-thru. Online Order #983478. I went to the dining room door @2300 on 6-5-22, it was locked, the sign said it closed @ 0000. I went to the drive thru on foot because my truck is 11 foot tall, I could not drive-thru. I told the person at the window my name, I told them exactly what I ordered, they told me they would not serve me because I was on foot. Fine, dont take my money. I recognized the person at the window, I had walked thru several times, at this location, at this time of day. That is how to ruin a relationship.
The owner was here he took good care of me. He is always pleasant and personal with his customers. He asked how I was doing and plus family . He also asked how everybody was doing due to the fact of the pandemic. He has always been a caring person and a people person. The food was great. I got a 3 way double the catfish and prawns I also got fried zucchini's I also got hush puppies and a 2 way catfish and soul everything was great.
Every time I order ubereats or doordash from this place they always cancel it and it's not just me other people tell me the same thing and it's only a mile or so away from my home
Great place to go to after lowes. You can get a milkshake at 6 am and their machine works all the time unlike McDonald's. It is a huge plus about your ice cream machine working. Staff is cook and friendly
WARNING TO OTHER TRUCKERS: DRIVE THRU OR DOORDASH ONLY AFTER 8PM. Don’t get stranded outside with all the homeless beggars going through the orileys and lowes dumpsters- stay safe and go somewhere else!
Worst freaking experience at this location ever they don't listen they mess up your order they over charge they are rude and I will never spend another $1 here is rather go to a different jack in the box or eat no jack in the box everyone who worked drive through window and took orders should be fired and not work in customer service period I never write long reviews but this experience left a very bad unwanted memorable taste in my mouth at 8 Mon pregnant that I do not wish anyone to have so if you can avoid this jack in the CRACK place do so or beware

This place is 24 hour but the staff choose to close for three hours between 3 to 6 am. Not to mention they’re very rude and sometimes would get my order wrong.
Tacos are not good too greasy. Fries are little soggy not crispy. I see some improvement around the garbage containers, but really need to get traps and block the fencing so they can rummage through the containers and hopefully they stay out of the jack in the box. Otherwise my son and husband like it.
