I came to Jack in The box on several occasions two of the occasions I had a lot of trouble I had ordered my food online to be picked up. But when I arrived the food order is no where to be found and I had already paid for my order online with my debit card had my order number and everything now the first time I waited a very long time but they eventually did get my food together and did not charge me again so I was pleased with the outcome although I had to wait quite a long time. Now the second time I came there they could not find my order once again I showed them the order number they refuse to get me my food they said that they would have to charge me full price for everything and the whole purpose of why I ordered online was to get the online special and it's not my fault that they couldn't find my order I had already paid for the order once again online so they were trying to charge me two times for my order. At this time I had asked for the number to corporate they flat out refuse to give it to me. Instead they started calling some other manager at home going to ask them what they should do. I told them that what they should do is give me the number to corporate because I'm pretty sure that they are not allowed to refuse to give it to you. So I left out the restaurant proceeded to stand up front and look up the number to corporate and left them a lengthy message describing what their Jack in The box store they're on Geary Street is doing to their customers. Now other than those two incidents I do enjoy the food is usually tasty and warm when I get it in the milkshakes or top notch. If you want to have a nice meal and get it fast I would suggest just going in and ordering it yourself because you never know if you're going to end up being charged twice because they can't find your order.
For fast food nothing beats Jack in the Box!They have a wide variety of menu items and even serve breakfast all hours.The staff,even though usually short handed,is always polite and helpful.They also have a public restroom-yay!Food is always cooked fresh to order so it may take a few minutes especially if they are busy,but its always worth the wait.On my last visit I got a couple of big croissant breakfast sandwiches(bacon,ham,eggs&cheese on a perfect,soft yet crusty croissant)and some curly fries(made fresh with their delicious mystery seasoning)to go and all was still warm when I got home.I know it sounds like I was paid for this review but I wasn't,I really love this place!
Appreciated the use of the free unlocked WiFi today. I stood outside I did not mean to be lurking I just needed to do something online. The Manager checked on me but did not tell me to move on which I appreciated. Looks good inside I might buy something next time. Thank you. Respect to you and your team Sir.
The medium size soda is pretty big. Only order the large if you're ready for a giant bucket o'soda.
Jack In The Box is really nice place to eat , if you like fast food, the wait wasn't that bad even though there was a line out the door.

I went at around 10:00 o'clock because I was craving a sour dough jack burger and some fries. First of all I pass by there every night ? because I live clise by there it is always crowded what seems to be a group of young people that probably out partying and are looking for a late night snack. I to had wait literally 45 minutes for my order and the people inside and outside the place were so loud and obnoxious, i wanted to just leave, 20 minutes into waiting I almost decided to get my money-back but no, I stayed and finally I got my food I don't live far so my food would have still been warm,I'm excited about getting my sourdough burger and it hard like card board, dry, and no butter or something on the bread and It had a tinge of burned smell to it I didn't even finish It, I just threw it away and started eating my fries which I realized weren't that warm when I left because they were cold and rubbery when I got home, Needless to say that was the worst sourdough burger I've ever had and I've had plenty prior to this visit I will not be going back. I was highly disappointed.
This last time to Jack in Campbell, the burgers were delicious but the fries were limp soggy and in Appetizing. You might wanna ask them for crispy fries when you order.
I put my order in from door dash . Had waited 30Min. Then ask the person where is my order. They said sorry let me put the order in now. Gonna wait another 20Min. Omg. Supposed Fast food
